Storm Witch Shelby & Nimbus.
I drew Shelby's hat too far down her head, her hair looks squished underneath lol. I need to find a good in between of not too high and not too low.
The little light blue things hanging from her hat represent rain droplets. It was a last minute add-on because I didn't want her to look completely like a Night Witch lol
I'm also a bit conflicted on whether or not I will continue to use the promo art design of her, or her actual mc skin of Storm Witch Shelby. I like the constellation cloak too much.
