Owen "Electro" - Heroes & Villains AU
Owen's Villain Design! Yes, I took some inspiration from his RatsSMP skin, and his MCCI Orange Ocelots skin in order to make this. I think it works well :)
Here are his abilities-
Owen (Electro) - Villain:
- Can paralyse people with electricity. Lasts for 5-10 seconds, depending on how much power he has at the time.
- Can hack anything and everything very easily. Has a gadget with him at all times that allows for this. (Imagine it's attached to a strap on his clothes, I completely forgot to draw it lol)
- Can put up a wall or cage of electricity, stopping enemies from getting to him.
- Speed.
So yeah, Owen is complete. I think I've got 7 people left to draw lol (3 heroes, 2 villains and 2 vigilantes). I don't know who I'm drawing next. We'll see.
