Backstory of this cosplay: Since Shelby is going to be on the Violet Vampires for MCC 26 tomorrow, Scott (Starbound!Scott) let Shelby borrow his Vampire costume but had to give her a skirt and leggins because the trousers were too big for her. The cape is also a long for her, it does trail behind her, but oh well lol. The red eyes are contact lenses, so no, she didn't just turn evil lol :)
