Changed her design slightly as I wasn't feeling the original design. I decided just to take the belt thing off completely, and put a little bow on her waist to match her shoes. Her little bow collar thing has been changed to match the sleeves, and the colour of the flower in her hair has been altered slightly.
She looks a lot better, I'd say. This outfit fits her better than the original one.
Alright, here's Shelby's abilities-
Shelby (Moonflower) - Hero (Villain later on):
- Flight.
- Night vision.
- Can heal herself and others using energy from nighttime.
- Can launch herself at night (basically the Starborne ability).
- Fire powers (Soul and normal).
- Can see people's outline through walls.
I gave both Shelby and Scott 6 abilities, same with Pearl, but most of the others heroes, villains and vigilantes only have 4 abilities...
