A/N: Hello again everyone!! I am so terribly sorry for the inconsistent updates but rest assured this story is not abandoned! I was simply struggling with inspiration on where to take the story next. Thank you all for being so supportive on my last chapter, it really means a lot to me! I have decided to update every Thursday in order to be consistent! You guys are the reason I write! I love you so much <333

Enid stared out the window in boredom, watching as small particles of dust flickered through the air. Despite their seemingly successful date a few days prior, Wednesday has hardly been around, only offering a few words in explanation as to where she's been before heading off again. Now, this wasn't particularly unusual for the goth, the part that's been perplexing was the lack of information Enid was getting. Normally she at least hears some of it or if she's lucky even gets included but this time it has practically been radio silence. She lazily swung her phone up to in front of her face, checking for a text or a call she knew she hadn't received.

There's no way she's avoiding me right? Enid thought, I mean, I thought our date went great! Other than that creepy server. She opened her messages and examined the albeit very one-sided conversation with Wednesday. She began to type a new message.

Hey, where are you? I've been kinda worried

Enid watched the screen and waited for her message to show up as read but nothing changed. She set the device on her nightstand and rolled over in bed. The girl shifted and scooted but no position seemed to be comfortable and finally she sat up and whipped the covers off. She got out of bed and walked over to her closet to get dressed, deciding if Wednesday wasn't coming to her, she'd have to find Wednesday herself.

The air was brisk and the sky was peppered with cirrus clouds. Enid made her way to the quad and scanned the area. Even though school had been out for about an hour and a half, students still occupied the courtyard. The werewolf saw no sign of her roommate and made her way over to a table that a few of her friends were sitting at.

"Hey!!" She greeted happily as she sat down.

"Hey Enid, what's up?" Yoko asked, Divina peeking her head out from the other side of the girl to see Enid too.

"Nothing really," The blonde began, "Just looking for Wednesday, you haven't happen to have seen her have you?" Yoko turns to look at Divina who shakes her head in response.

"Nah we haven't seen her. Come to think of it, she wasn't in class today was she?" Yoko replies, eyebrows furrowed. Enid chews on her cheek nervously but simply shrugs. "Oh, maybe check that bee place? I know she hangs out with that guy sometimes, maybe she's there?"

Enid brings her hand up to her face and considers her friends suggestion. Even if it wouldn't make much sense for her to be with Eugene, she had no where else to look.

"Maybe, I'll go look. Thanks guys!" She said, standing up just as fast as she had sat down. Yoko and Divina looked between each other before watching their nervous werewolf friend dart off in the direction of the Hummer's Shed.

Enid looked nervously at the wooden shed in the distance, man-made bee hives surrounding it. She gritted her teeth and let out a small whine before inching forward in a very reserved manner. The only other time she had ever been here, she had the safety of the beekeeper suit but now she was unprotected. Her mind buzzed wildly with anxious thoughts, most of which along the lines of 'why the hell does Wednesday willingly go to this creepy place!' After a few stabilizing breaths, Enid walked to the door of the shed as fearlessly as possible (which wasn't much because she was terrified of being stung.) She knocked on the door, praying that a certain goth girl would reveal herself behind it. As if startled by the sudden noise, Enid heard the crash of someone dropping something and a small 'shit!' in a nasally voice.
