I looked out of the tall windows of the sitting room, taking in the dark clouds that drifted over the ocean waves. Darkness settled over everything like a thick blanket, making it hard to see anything.

It didn't help that the darkness stretched beyond the outdoors and pressed itself into the room around us. None of the lights were working, so everything around us was lit up by dim flames that licked the air around us.

Nekozawa-Senpai had been kind enough to allow us to stay in his beach family estate for the night, giving us each our own room to stay in. He had decorated the estate in the fashion of a medieval castle, matching the stony exterior.

"Whose turn is it?" Hikaru asked in the dim light of the candles.

All of us- minus Tamaki and Haruhi- were huddled around a board game; one that was suggested by Nekozawa-Senpai, and had terrible fortunes written into the board. We had long since changed out of our swimsuits, adorning different items of comfort clothing.

I had put on an Agi-Kun T-shirt that was two sizes too big and gray sweatpants. The outfit may have looked cheap, but the price tag would tell you otherwise.

"I think it's Tama-chan's turn!" My brother exclaimed, even though the blonde was pouting away from us.

"Looks like we'll just have to roll for him" Kaoru stated as he picked up the dice and tossed them onto the board.

"1.... 2...3" Hikaru said as he picked up Tamaki's game piece.

"You and a friend are currently in a squabble and you are super blue" Hikaru read for the king, which was only met with a pitiful silence.

"Miko-chan, I think it's your turn" My brother said, his brown eyes catching the candlelight as he looked at me.

"Oh right..." I picked up the dice and dropped them on the board. "Ten" I said, placing my game piece onto the circle.

"Whoever you see last before midnight will curse your heart forever? What does that even mean?" I asked, feeling disappointed at the vague statement.

"No! I don't want Miko-chan's heart to be cursed!" My brother cried.

I don't think-" I started before I was interrupted by the two ginger devils.

"Maybe it means a witch will fly through her bedroom window tonight" Kaoru said, using the light of his phone screen to create shadows on his face.
