Kind of forgot about this one for a bit...but I hope this chapter makes up for the delay😉

"We need to get out of town quick. I'll have Vision remotely check us out of the hotel in the morning. The Fed's will be looking into any premature check-outs in town tonight. We need to avoid raising red flags," Hope tells Josie as they quickly pack up their things in the hotel room, which is fairly easy, since they didn't really unpack much.

Josie asks as they make their way out of the hotel room and to the car, "Do you think Thor made it back home safely?"

At the same time, a beam of light suddenly shoots through the earth's atmosphere, another rainbow Einstein-Rosen Bridge. The Bifrost opening for the God of Thunder.

Hope nods, "I have a feeling he's just fine."

They arrive at their hotel for the evening several hours later, the same hotel they stayed before. When they reach their room, Josie is pleased to see that they will, once again, be sharing a single king-sized bed, though they still shared a bed the previous night when there were two beds available.

Now it's guaranteed. Thank you, Vision.

Hope sets their bags down before turning to look at Josie, who she catches eyeing the large bed at the center of the room before turning to meet her gaze, unspoken tension and anticipation growing in the air.

Hope clears her throat, trying to relieve the tension, "We should probably get ready for bed..."

Josie nods her head, tugging her bottom lip between her teeth briefly, "Yeah, probably..."
All she can think about now, is the previous night they shared together. How Hope's hands and tongue treated her skillfully.

Hope nods slowly, practically reading Josie's thoughts. She looks the woman up and down before tearing her gaze away, not wanting to assume they'd be having a repeat of last night, and turning to her bag, "Do you want to get first shower."

Josie wants more than anything to initiate something between them, but she's not exactly sure how. It's not something she's ever done before. And it feels like Hope is trying to maintain professionalism and respectfulness right now. Plus they never really talked about last night. They haven't had a chance due to the mission.

"Um, no—You can go ahead."

Hope turns to face her at the sudden change of tone, meeting Josie's gaze, seeing the longing her eyes hold, "You sure?"

No, I'd rather you take me to the bed. "Yeah, I uh—I should probably let the agents know we're here for the night...call my parents..."

Hope nods slowly, "Okay. I won't be long. Here's my wallet, if you get hungry and decide to order something to eat. "

Before Josie can object, Hope heads to the bathroom, and Josie let's out a sigh, walking over to the couch and taking a seat before calling her parents and sending the agents a message that they made it safely.

After that's done, she reaches for Hope's wallet, opting to order them both something to eat. But when she opens it up, she furrows her eyebrows as she sees something other than cash in the cash compartment.

She reaches for it out of curiosity, and her eyes widen when she realizes it's condoms. Her eyes grow even wider when she sees the size, swallowing thickly as heat washes over her body, along with an entirely new level of nervousness.
