Muzan backstory why he felt dizzy and injured badly:
So, he was walking around doin nothing, and the drunk man from the bar pull him in and put a bottle of water in his mouth, in the water was drugs. Muzan refuse to drink it, and the man got really mad and abuse muzan.

That time muzan power was really low, the only way to get his power energy back is to sleep or rest. Muzan ran away and hide in the jungles. When the man walk away, muzan walk into the jungles bcs it was the way to his home. But suddenly he met yoriichi..
