After few days of investigation all the blonde had in her hands was nothing but only the information about his eyes...

To the point where that theif got a nickname!

"The ruby thief right?"

"Yeah! You know even the best detective Athanasia haven't been able to find anything about him!"

The blonde heard the conversation between the girls and crumpled her coffee cup in irritation.

She hates him and that was obvious.

Due to him her profesional and personal life is a mess because she can't even solve such a simple case.

---(yesterday night)

"Why are you this useless!?"
The blonde haired man shouted making the blonde flinch.

"I... I do try...father..."
His jewelled eyes glared at her making her shoulders slump closer to ground.

"Try? You know that I don't want trying right? I want results!"
He shouted throwing a newspaper at her.

At the front page was written
Is the Obelian family this slow in solving a simple case?

The blonde haired girl clenched her fists while gritting her teeth, along with the older blonde continuing to humiliate and scold her with some slaps too.

It was enough...

She was tired...!

Tired of being poised!

Tired of being used!

Tired of getting scolded!

Tired of getting compared!

"Enough!"
She shouted making the man widen his eyes then raise a brow.

"I am tired of you!"
Her shout could be heard ringing in the whole mansion.

"What do you mean?"
"You do got a lot of courage these days.."
He glared at her expecting this to make her flinch or shut up but to his dismissal the girl glared back at him.

"If you don't want me then why let me stay here?"
She crossed her hands while still glaring deep in his eyes.

"Claude de alger Obelia"

This much audacity of the once weak and scared girl made the man crazy in anger.

"Mind your tounge before I cut it wen-"

"Oh just shut up please"
"I'm too much tired of your shit!"

"Do you think mom wanted this!?"

"You are a liar!"
"A liar!!"

"You lied to everyone!"

"You lied to me!"

"Jeannette!"

"Mom!!"

"Everyone!!"

"You're a liar Claude de alger Obelia!!"

"A cold hearted liar!"

!Slap!

The blonde girl fell on the ground due to the tight slap as blood slowly came out from her mouth.

She touched her lips which had drops of blood on it and then looked at her father back.

"You..."

He had a gaze of utter hatred on his face towards the blonde.

"So i was indeed correct..."
"You are indeed a cold hearted liar..."
She smiled at him with her hands cupping the place he slapped.

Slowly she got up from the floor and started walking towards the door.

"Don't worry...I'm leaving"
"I won't disturb you ever again with your daughter Jeannette..."

"And I'm gonna still work in the detective agency... ofcourse I won't annoy you"

Saying this the door of the man's office closed for the last time by his only daughter.

He ran his hands through his silky blonde hair in frustation and punched the table beside him.

"So this is my new apartment..."
She opened the window of her room and glanced outside.

The view from the window was really beautiful and the apartment was also good, though despite the fact that she have to share this apartment with two roommates...it was all great.

She wondered who could be her new roommate...

Atleast it was better than sharing a room with Jeannette or living with Claude....

Though...

What is this wierd no good feeling...

Like something bad is gonna happen...

The sound of the door clicking came in her ears making her turn towards the door.

'My new roommate?'

She was excited to meet the person she was going to share her room with but...

As soon as she saw his face...

She felt the ground beneath her slide.

A smirk plastered on fair face, with raven black hair and fiery blood red eyes.

"Lucas"

What is gonna happen now!?

How was it?

I totally understand if it's bullshit.. because I'm still not aware of anything in this book...and ig that would happen till the end....

But good news! Exams are gonna end tommorow! Which means....my whole class would be divided and I would have to socialize again=_=

I rather prefer to stay alone then socialize....

Anyway I'm off to study(not really)
