CHAPTER-17

The ravenette scooped the blonde in his arms in bridal style and walked towards the bed.

Unfortunately, It was disappointing for the blonde who wished something more than this.

"Your back must be sore..."
Lucas spoke laying her carefully down on bed and putting a blanket over her.

Athanasia awkwardly with a hint of disappointment in her eyes, nodded her head and looked blankly at him for a whole moment.

Lucas just silently stared back at her without uttering a single word and internally wondering on what she could have been thinking.

In the end, Athanasia decided to open her mouth.
She wanted to talk about her previous words and resolve everything.
This way it won't hurt that much atleast...

She held onto his shirt sleeve tightly and looked deep into his eyes like she was looking at his soul.

"I... should not have said that..."
She started.

"You must have been feeling uncomfortable....It was my fault that I wasn't capable of hiding my feelings..."

"I'm extremely sorry...but please...don't leave me alone or ignore me....It would hurt if you did..."

She managed to utter out the sentences. Her voice felt like it would break but she still wanted to finish her words.

"I... would never talk about that...but don't ignore me...But if you still won't like to talk to me then..."
Just when she was about to move her head to other side, a pair of warm lips met hers causing her eyes to widen in shock.

She realised how the ravennete was currently kissing her making her heartbeat go insane.

She helplessly reciprocated the kiss as she knew that she won't be able to avoid this.

The ravenette lift his hand and touched the blonde's neck from the back with his other hand wrapped around her waist.

Athanasia was blushing intensely at their heated kiss and lost herself in the moment as her hands wrapped around the man's neck. One of her hand rubbing through his raven locks.

Their distance decreased and heat rose by each passing second. Both of them were getting out of breath but didn't wished to break apart.

It felt so warm and good...

This feeling was comfortable....

Athanasia wished to melt into her beloved's kiss and surrender herself...

It was all intoxicating to them...

After a while which felt like a enternity, the two broke their heated kiss and gasped for air.

"I'm sorry...I was just not able to control myself"
Lucas spoke while panting and Athanasia nodded.

Not like she hated it...

After a while of silence, the blonde decided to speak. She looked at the ravennete in the eye and asked.

"Does it mean that we are lovers now?"

What would the ravenette do?

Ofcourse, He said yes and lightly pecked her lips.

"I love you, we are lovers"
The ravenette spoke to make the blonde pinch herself, which was by no doubt confusing for him. He tilted his head with a flustered expression that the blonde also noticed.

"Ah!-"
"I-I was just checking if this was a dream or not!"
She exclaimed with redened cheeks in embarrassment.

The ravenette this time can't help but let out a chuckle that was utterly melodious for the blonde.

Athanasia, for a moment felt that all her life have been meaningful now that he is with her.

She would giggle to herself time to time remembering her now lover's words.

It was all like a dream come true for the both of them.

A dream they never thought they will bother seeing or desperately wish for.

Lucas was like a angel to her, perfect and lovely...
Meeting him was like a blessing she never knew she would get.

How lonely nights she spent Longing for people who would never come to her back.

She still remembered what Lily used to say to her in childhood...

Lily, her nanny who after the blonde's mother, was the only one that unconditionally showered the poor child in affection.

Just to die in a car accident organized by the blonde's father. Why? Just because she loved his biological child more than her life.

Athanasia from that moment on, where she knew how Lily died due to her father started hating that man to the core.

The only thing that still let him enjoy his luxurious life was Jeannette.

The brunnete was well liked by Athanasia who saw a reflection of herself in the lonesome brunnete.

She, who grew up to be used by Roger as a tool and to her 'father' she was a replacement.

The brunnete was bought by Claude just to show Athanasia her place and continuesly remind her that she was replaceable.

But Athanasia didn't cared. She never wished for anything from him, who was this much petty to play with the feelings of a little girl desparate for love.

The blonde haired girl used to protect the brunnete and play with her and she till now, wish the brunnete a good life and hopes that Claude atleast while acting but try to make her think that she is loved.

The blonde was now happy so she wished that the brunnete would be happy too.

But would wishing do anything?

"Lucas, Can we kiss again"
Athanasia shyly spoke fidgeting with her fingers.

The ravenette's lips turned up in a smirk at her question.

"Ofcourse we could, love"
He muttered close to her ear sending goose bumps through all her body.

The blonde flinched when the ravenette suddenly attacked her without any warning. Though she returned back the pleasure either way.

Both felt like melting again at their physical contacts.

The ravenette bit her bottom lips sliding his toungue inside and explored various corners of her mouth.

The blonde was soon pushed on the bed in the middle of the kiss by the ravenette himself who was too desparate for her. But never knew that his desparation can't match how much the blonde wished to be with him.

Unfortunately, they can't for now.

Athanasia broke the kiss and groaned a little touching her back in pain.

"Don't forget that my back still haven't recovered!"
She complained and the ravennete passed a sheepish smile.

Maybe the two have to control themselves for awhile...
Plus they just didn't forgot that this was the house of two olders who were spying on them through the keyhole...well mostly the olive-eyed girl.

But it should be a secret! Just between us!
