"Are you sure I'm suited for the job?"
"Why yes of course! You're an exceptional great listener. And with your life experience, you'll be able to support the children nicely."
Nezu grins up at you, or at least you think he is. With his face like a rats, it's hard to tell when he's smiling or frowning. Either way, you're scowling down at the mouse, not amused in the slightest after being presented with your official room. An old and unused lounging room that has been turned into somewhat of a psychiatrist's office over the weekend will from now on be the place you'll be spending loads of time in. Listening to the student's sob stories and presenting them with somewhat useful advice. Whether or not they find it useful is debatable, you'll just lay it out t9 them as bluntly as possible.
"Well then, I wish you an amazing first day as UA's trust teacher."
And then you're alone in your office, looking at the bland walls and mediocre decor. Though you're not quite one for fancy designs yourself, the room is absolutely lacking your personalized touch. You make a mental note to work on it.
Sighing, you lower yourself into one of the couches, laying your head back and closing your eyes. Your silence and peace are short lived as your phone begins to ring, slicing the quiet air and ultimately making your head throb immediately.
"What?"
"Wow! So grumpy!"
"Satoru I told you not to call me when I'm busy."
The man whines over the phone "You picked up, which means you're not busy." And to his dismay, you snort dryly. "I'm busy feeling sorry for myself."
"It can't be that bad."
"Just shut up or I'm taking your other eye as well."
Satoru gasps from the other side of the phone, loudly complaining to someone in the back about how mean you're being to him. It does arise a chuckle out of you to hear him be a whiny little bastard, but alas, the reality of your situation lets it die on your lips only a second after. You're not cut out for this, you shouldn't have ever accepted All Might's proposals of working as UA's therapist, even if it's just a cover to hide here. You should have just moved up to Sendai or down to Kyushu for a few months to hide from your clan.
"Why did you call."
You try and bring your cousin back on track, and it works wonders. Immediately he's back to the speaker, his sparkles almost being able to travel through your phone and hitting your skin.
"It seems that a middleschool in your area is requesting the service of a sorcerer. I hoped that my dearest cousin could take care of it so I don't have to go all the way to Musutafu for a one second job."
"Lazy bastard. You can literally teleport."
He responds with a whine. And you agree after letting him pout into the phone for a few seconds, sighing as he cheers.
"How about you get your little student action ready so I can print him an official license."
"You'd do that? Is that even allowed?"
Satoru scoffs, and you should have expected it. Since when has Satoru ever listened to the elders, to the clan leaders. When has he ever followed the rules at all. Of course, he'd be ready to breach rules to get Kirishima a license. He's been all over the boy ever since he found out about the red head, over the moon that the boy managed to warm your heart and wiggle his way inside.
"I'll talk to him and see about taking him there. What grade?"
"Presumably third and second grades. But who knows what lurks behind dark corners."
