When her parents were finished getting ready for the wedding they were going to be the ones to pick up Peter from his house there
since they didn't know where he lived it was mostly Madeline when his wife suggested it
They drove to his house where Michelle only knew where he lived so she was able to memorize his location for it
MJ sent him a message that her parents were going to the ones to pick her up not Happy but he was invited there
since they saw him outside driving them to the dance and he was the one driving them around so they wanted to meet him and invite him there
becuase he was almost like Peter's guardian parent for him so they wanted a chance to meet him there

she felt relieved that she wasn't going to have her mom with her being with her mom was so suffocating and just so exhausting like everything is draining her from it all of the sudden

Peter looks down and watches her manicured nails fasten around his collar, and then he looks up at her
He takes in a shaky breath as he watches her blink, watches her long eyelashes bat against her cheek, and the way her eyebrows are furrowed in concentration
then he watches her bite her pink, glossy lip as she focuses on the knot, which leads him into thoughts about how he got to kiss them last night
Peter wasn't thinking at this moment he just leaned in to kiss her lips and she didn't even mind she leaned into deepening the kiss then they pulled away
MJ looks at him intensely
oh thank you Peter said with a smile
she coughed a little to get out the nervous feeling in her throat from how she was kissed all over again and how that feeling of it always feels like the first time ever like it wanted to last forever
"There, "That looks better," she tells him, stepping back to make sure it's even
Peter just nods and is staring at her like nonstop not only she looked good but smelled good too he was inhaling her scent
i hate it when you give me the fuck me eyes becuase it just makes me want to but I can't becuase my parents are waiting so maybe after we will what do you say MJ said with a smile
yeah sure I would like that Peter said with a smile as she quickly kissed his lips
then MJ holds his hand as they left to leave his dorm walking hand to hand in to get into her parent's car
finally about time what took you so long Her mom said annoyed
honey relax they weren't even out that long Liam said calmly to his wife
ugh whatever Madeline said annoyed rolling her eyes

OK They both said annoyed mostly Michelle was and peter was just sad that this is what his girlfriend had to live through
