"Sup! Fancy job you got there. See this girl. I need you to take care of her. At least until her face is unwounded. The sand'll be too tough on her."
She shuttered and grabbed at his leg, refusing to let go.
"Don't worry, Collei. Tigh is real nice."
Collei loosened her grip on him and waddled up to me and bowed her head.
"I, uh. There is no need for formalities. Think of me as a father. Or a familial unit," I responded nervously, waving my hands.
"Tigh, I'm sorry I came back with another kid right after leaving you for my younger brother. I swear I am not leaving, not like last time. Just wait for me, please. " Cyno smiled, unfazed by years, or what felt like it, of leaving me.
"Papa, are you leaving?" He didn't respond but i could feel "not for long" wafting in the air.
Collei was added to the room quite quickly and I made arrangements for her to get her own hut soon.
