I wake to the sound of rustling clothes. I sit up, stretch and look over to see Duncan getting dressed. He looks over at me, "Finally awake beautiful," He says.

I smile and roll my eyes, "Good morning, handsome,"

Duncan and I have been sharing a cabin for a few days now, and so far, no one seems bothered by it. I'm honestly surprised Heather hasn't complained yet. Then again, I'm sure she's just happy she doesn't need to share a cabin with me.

I decide to be a bit lazy today. I slip on a pair of black sweatpants along with a loose dark purple crop top. I put my hair up into a messy bun and call it good.

"Aww, you're not gonna dress up today," Duncan says. I turn to look at him as he leans back on the door.

"Ha ha ha, am I not attractive enough for you in sweatpants," I say, tying on my black vans.

"Babe, you're attractive no matter what you're wearing," He says, pulling me in for a kiss, then adds, "But nothing is the most attractive thing you could wear,"

I smile and roll my eyes. We step out onto the porch. Everyone is lounging outside, enjoying the warm summer sun, when Izzy falls out of a tree. I look over to see her laughing while dangling from the tree, a rope wrapped around her ankle.

"Hahaha! Hey guys! Watch me swing my way back up!" She says happily.

The rest of us gather under the tree as she attempts to swing. Several attempts later, a giant wooden cage falls on us, trapping us inside.

"Oh hey, look! You're trapped too!" Izzy laughs.

"Good morning, campers! Or should I say, trappers!"

I look over to see Chris, with a beaver on his head, he moves it under his arm. "Ready for today's challenge!" He continues, pulling out a knife. I hear some gasps behind me. "Excellent, now let's chat about it over chow, shall we? He finishes, walking away.

"Chris! Chris! Cut the rope!" Izzy yells. A knife flies over, severing the rope. Izzy continues to laugh as she crashes into the top of the cage. "That was soooo much fun! Let's do it again!" She says as the cage door opens.

We all head to the main lodge, where Chef serves us a sticky, white paste in a bowl.

/" I've officially run out of snacks, and this is the first meal I get from Chef," I groan, "I really am going to starve here,"/

"Campers, there are only seven of you left on Total Drama Island. After tonight's bonfire ceremony, only six of you will remain. We're nearing the end people, so look alive!" Chris says.

/" I think I have as good a shot as anyone else to win. I mean, the only person who despised me was Courtney," I shrug. "I mean, I guess Heather. She's a bitch but hasn't done anything outright to me other than talk shit,"/

"Today's challenge involves making like our provinces great rangers and game wardens. You'll each have eight hours to trap an animal. You must bring the animal back to the campfire unharmed. Rangers and game wardens often have to relocate animals for their own good and the good of campers," Chris explains.

"For my good, I might have to barbeque my animal. I'm starving to death," Gwen retorts.

"Funny you should mention that, Gwen. Reward for winning today's challenge is a meal of all of your favorite foods," Chris states.

"I am so winning," Heather says.

"I'd like to see you try," I say to her. She glares at me before looking away.

"Alright, campers! Meet me at the boat house to pick your animal!" Chris says, leaving the building.

Once everyone is done with 'breakfast' we gather in front of the boat house.
