Dear Diary:

It's been about a month since Garmadon escaped through the vortex portal and it has been surprisingly peaceful, considering it is the evil lord we're talking about. But I can't help but have a feeling that whatever Garmadon is plotting, it will happen very soon.

The ninjas on the other hand, are as lazy as ever. Ever since they moved in, all they did was play games and chill out all day. They didn't even bother to clean after themselves! At least Nya helps out and actually trains. The two of us actually became best friends after living for a month with a bunch of boys. It's good to have a girl around for a change.

So far everything's fine except three things. One, I couldn't find Lloyd. He escaped his school again after I couldn't visit him that time. They haven't been able to find him yet. Two, Father took away MY spear because he thought it was too dangerous and that I'm too young to be able to handle its undiscovered power. And three, my scales. Ever since I fought Samukai, there have been dark purple scales growing on my neck, arm and back. I didn't tell father about it because I don't want to worry him but it has grown a lot since then. I wanted to tell Nya but I'm scared she'll tell Kai, and Kai'll tell the others and t-

You were cut off by someone knocking on your room door. You quickly closed your diary and hid it under your bed before opening the door.

'Y/N.' It was your father. 'Can you please help me check on the ninjas? They finally seemed to be training.' He said.

There was shouting voices and grunts of the ninjas coming from outside of your room. It seemed like they were training noises but you knew better then to trust it.

'You really think they're training?' You asked raising an eyebrow as you walked towards the door leading to the yard and opening it, exposing the emptiness of it. 'You expect too much from them. They're probably playing video games again.' You said shaking your head slightly. You really thought they'll at least work out a bit.

Wu sighed and stroked his beard, 'What should I do with them...'

Seeing your father's miserable state, you suggested something, 'I did just make a wireless controller that can connect to anything.' You smirked and took it off your shelf. 'I just need you to attach this frequency receiver to the TV.'

'No problem.' He smiled and sneaked into the gaming room and placed the device onto the TV.

You stood behind the door peaking inside with a small crack. Suddenly, someone tapped your shoulder from behind you and startled you, almost making you scream out loud.

'Nya!' You whisper shouted as you saw who was behind you, 'You scared the hell out of me!'

'What are you doing?' Nya eyed you suspiciously. 'Why are you here?'

'It's hard to explain. Just stay quiet and watch.' You said, returning your attention to the small crack. As soon as you saw father leave the room, you immediately override the system and locked the TV.

'What? What happened?!' 'It took us three hours to get here!' 'Why did the TV shut off?!'

You and Nya held in your laughter, seeing the ninja's reaction.

'That's amazing!' Nya gasped, 'How'd you do that?!'

'Shh.' You shushed her and returned to your position. 'There's more. You smirked and set a password to unlock the TV.

'Wait! Look!' Zane noticed the TV lit up, 'It says, enter password to continue your game.'

'What? Why would we need a password?' Jay yelled shaking the TV furiously, 'I just want to continue our game!'
