General information/lore:

~All of the Specimen 1s are basically just regular ghosts, former victims of the doll experiments. However, they would frequently escape from their husks, so often that eventually GL Labs staff couldn't keep track of them anymore.

~Once Spooky was brought back and the dollhouse project was abandoned, all of them were sealed within the basement with the other husks while GL Labs moved upstairs to continue their research. It wasn't until Spooky and Specimen 9 successfully hijacked the Cat-Dos System and fucked up the mansion were they able to move up to the higher floors.

~Nowadays, they tend to run all throughout the mansion playing games with each other, usually tag or hide and seek. That is, when they aren't busy with school in rooms 160-166. They all act like any average child would.

~Their way of "jumpscaring" people is them just running in and out of the walls, since they are incorporeal beings. However, they don't do it intentionally. In fact, they usually don't realize that they're scaring (or even killing) people.

~Not even the Specimen 1s that look more intimidating are active threats. Why they look the way they do is a complete mystery, but they're just as innocent as the other 1s.

(I won't be going over any specific 1s in this chapter, but I'll get to them eventually. This is just a quick description of all of them in general lol)
