If Barry went bad

Chapter 10

Barry's Pov:

I was running around in the speed lab when the alarms started to go off. I sped around S.T.A.R. LABS and found none other than Hartley Rathaway in the med bay gasping for air. "Where's Caitlin?" He asked. "Why do you need her?" I asked back. "Because the sound waves from my powers are disrupting my hearts natural frequency. I need the sonic cup in the bottom drawer." He said and I thought for a minute. We could use another member on the team who is smart and it would be good if they had powers I thought to myself. So I sped around the med bay looking for this sonic cup and when I found it slapped it on his arm. "Thanks." He said. "Why else are you here Hartley?" I asked causing him to shoot me a look of confusion. "I know that you are smart enough to make this yourself so why else did you come here?" I questioned again. This caused him to smile an evil smile. "Because I know that you are The Demon Flash and Caitlin is Killer Frost and Cisco is Reverb." He said. "So why does that matter?" I asked hoping that he was going to ask to join. "I want in." He said causing me to make an evil grin. "I am going to have to talk to Caitlin or Frost and Cisco to decide and if they say no you will have to go into the pipeline." I said and he nodded. I called a meeting in the speed lab and once Frost and Cisco got there I told them everything. "I know what you guys are thinking." I started to say when Cisco cut in. "What that Hartley is a dick." He said. "Well yes but we could also use one more member to help us out one that nobody knows is apart of the team." I said and Frost started to speak. "Do you trust him handsome?" She asked. "Strangely yes." I replied. "Well then Caity and I do too." She said looking at Cisco. "Well if both of you trust him then I will try to trust him but he is getting the room all the way at the end of the hall." Cisco said and I nodded. After our meeting the three of us went to tell Hartley the good news and since it was kind of late Cisco showed him to his room and we went to ours. We had told him that we would tell him everything else in the morning. "You know that it is customary for boyfriend and girlfriend to kiss each other goodnight." I said jokingly. "Well if that is the case then what the hell are we doing." Frost said and we spent the next few hours spending time together. The next morning we brought Hartley into the speed lab to fill him in on everything he needed to know. "So Hartley first things first if you are going to be apart of Team FlashFrost then you need to know about the different rooms." I started to say when he cut in. "I already knew about the top floor because I used to stay the night all the time when I worked here." He said annoying Cisco. "Ok well on the bottom floor of the building is a sort of bank vault that Cisco improved and a room that connects to the city's sewer systems. The rest of the rooms we can't open yet." I said causing him to nod. "We do have enemies but Joe is not one of them if you ever hurt him I will kill you." I said next which he nodded to as well as gulping in fear. "Lastly I had Cisco make you a new suit." I said turning my attention to Cisco. "Well I Gave you a green utility belt and removed the hood. I gave you a pair of green tinted glass googles. Your suit has green accents around the boots, gloves, and waist. Lastly the base of the suit is a blackish green color." He said pointing to the mannequin his suit was on. "Thanks and as for you Barry I promise Joe will never be harmed." He said. "There is another thing every Wednesday Joe comes here to S.T.A.R. LABS and spends the day he does not have to stay the night and he is a neutral player so he is on no ones side." I said and then Caitlin started to speak up. "Since you are apart of the team Hartley you are allowed to call us by our actual names and Frost says that you can call her Frost. Frost has my memories so she already knows about you and has already told me that if you start to act like you did when you worked here she will shove an icicle in your heart and trust me she will." Caitlin said and all Hartley could do was gulp. "So who are our enemies and why did you all turn evil?" Hartley asked. Caitlin looked over to me seeing me start to get uneasy because I was thinking about Iris. "It is ok Barr I will explain." She said coming over and giving me a kiss. "I turned evil because Iris cheated on Barry and said some things behind his back. After seeing this I was heart broken and joined Frost. Barry joined Frost for mostly the same reason also because after he was asked to join her he finally admitted to both of us that he loves us. Cisco joined partly due to Iris' betrayal. The other part was because Julian pulled my necklace and the fact that I told him not to but he did anyway. Cisco knew that he could help me but Julian didn't listen. As for our enemies they are Oliver Queen who is the Green Arrow, Iris, Julian, Eddie as Cobalt Blue, Ronnie as Firestorm, and Harry Wells from Earth 2 at least for now." She said having to catch her breath afterwards. "Ok first of all Eddie and Ronnie are alive. How? And secondly what do you mean for now?" He said and questioned shocked. This time I decided to answer. "Well after Eddie shot himself and was sucked into the singularity he wound up on Earth 2 where Harry fixed him up however a side effect was that he gained super speed. As for Ronnie apparently he survived but since he separated in the eye of the singularity he no longer needed to merge to use his powers that is why we had to find a replacement for him for Professor Stein. And as for the for now part after they see you they will probably look for a couple other metahumans or heroes to help them because Oliver will know that they can not defeat the four of us." I said to which he nodded. "So now that you are all caught up lets go cause some mayhem at the water front and introduce you to the hero's." Caitlin said transforming into Frost. He agreed and I flashed Caitlin and myself to the cortex and flashed our suits on. Every time I see her I can't help but stare. It is the perfect mix of sexy and revealing as well as complimentary to her natural looks. She laughed and walked over to me to give me a kiss. Once Cisco and Hartley arrived and suited up I picked up Frost Bridal style like I always do and sped us to the water front. I looked over and a breach opened and out came Hartley and Cisco. Caitlin stared by freezing people however this time killing them. Hartley was destroying buildings using his powers which are based on sound waves. Cisco was making sure no one could leave. I was waiting for the hero's to show up which they did. When they did I had Hartley hide so that way it would be a surprise. "Took you long enough." I said looking towards Oliver. "I don't want to fight you Barry." He said. "Well I do." I said speeding at him when Eddie knocked me on my ass. At this moment I signaled Hartley and he came out and blasted Eddie knocking him on the ground. "Who is this?" Oliver asked. "This is Pied Piper." I replied as Caitlin and Cisco joined us. "I am going to enjoy this." I said and we started to battle. Hartley was fighting Eddie with the help of Cisco. Frost was fighting Ronnie and I was fighting Oliver. Oliver was barley able to keep up but this was only because of the first time we fought. After about half an hour we had beaten the hero's who decided to retreat. After this I sped Frost back to S.T.A.R. LABS and Cisco breached Hartley and himself back. It had been a long day so we all decided to head to bed. Once Frost and I were alone she gave me a look of lust. We ended up spending the rest of the night together. The next morning was a Wednesday so Joe was coming over. We had spent the day with him and let him get to know Hartley. After the day ended we went to bed and the next few days were pretty quiet.
