Chapter 19

Barry's Pov:

"Hello Central City I am The Green Arrow. I know that it is odd to see me here but there is a good reason. You are living in fear of The Demon Flash, Killer Frost, Reverb, and Pied Piper. I am here to tell you who they really are. Their identities are..." Oliver was about to say our identities. I sped out of S.T.A.R. LABS and into The Arrow Cave. I shut off his broadcasting software and looked strait at him. "Stop this now Oliver." I said in a menacing tone. "No Barry if everyone knows who you are then this will finally end." He said trying to turn the broadcasting software back on. "No Oliver if you reveal our identities then I promise you everyone you love will die." I said looking at him. "Oh please you don't have the guts." Oliver said. "Really." I said and sped out and then back into the room with Felicity in my arms. "How would you like Felicity to be in a wheel chair again or better yet dead." I said vibrating my hand and bringing it closer to her chest. "You wouldn't dare." He said drawing his bow. "Oh really should I demonstrate." I said my hand inches away from her heart now. "Ok you win I will not reveal your identities." Oliver said. "Ok but if I find out that you do then I will kill Felicity and everyone you love Infront of you." I said dropping Felicity on the ground before speeding back to S.T.A.R. LABS. "What happened?" Frost asked looking at me. "I took care of the problem." I said as everyone looked at me. "How?" Cisco asked. "I told Ollie that if he revealed our identities then I would kill everyone he loves Infront of him." I said getting an evil smirk from Frost. "We love it when you are so evil." Frost said speaking for both Cait and herself. After this we spent the rest of the day hanging out. Later that day Frost had an idea. We were hanging out in the gaming room as a team when Frost asked me a question. "Hey Barry why don't you and I go cause some chaos?" She asked giving an evil smirk. "Sure but what about Cisco and Hartley?" I asked when Cisco chimed in. "No you guys go ahead Hartley and I need a break." Cisco said. I nodded and flashed both Frost's and my suits on. Every time I see her in her suit I am stunned. Cisco made some changes to her suit. He made it a bit more revealing and added a bigger snow flake emblem on the belt. Everything else was the same though. "What happened to my suit?" Frost asked causing me to snap out of my gaze. "I asked Cisco to make some changes." I said looking at her. "Do you not like it?" I asked still looking at her. "No I love it but you are staring and drooling." She said laughing. "Well can you blame me I wanted to see more of my beautiful girlfriend." I said giving her a kiss. "Hey." Caitlin said taking control for a minute. "You know what I mean Cait." I said giving her another kiss. "I know." She said giving me a kiss this time. "So about that chaos." I said giving her an evil smirk. "Let's go." She said changing back to Frost. I sped us both to Central City mall and once we got there we started causing chaos. Frost was freezing people while I went to the finest jeweler in the mall. I found a ring that had a white diamond that was cut into the shape of a snowflake with a blue diamond in the middle. It had a platinum band with black diamonds encrusted into it. I was going to use this ring to propose to Cait and Frost with it. I stole it and went back to causing chaos. Just then Oliver, Eddie, and Ronnie showed up. "Barry come with us and no one will get hurt." Oliver said as I sped beside Frost. "No worries we were just leaving." I said getting a confused look from Frost. "But why the fun is just getting started." Frost said. I looked at her with a reassuring look. She nodded and I sped us both out of there. "Barry why did you want us to leave?" Frost asked. "I will tell you later." I said giving her a reassuring look. I sped out of S.T.A.R. LABS and to CCPD. I went to Capt. Singh's office and saw that he was sitting at his desk. "Barry why are you here?" He asked looking at me. "Well I know that I am not supposed to leave Central City but I want to propose to Cait and Frost in Hawaii." I said looking at him. "Ok as long as you come right back." He said and I nodded. I sped back to S.T.A.R. LABS and met Frost in the lounge. "Barry where did you go?" She asked. "I had to sort something out but I wanted to know if you and Cait wanted to go out tonight?" I asked and she nodded. Later that night I picked Frost up who was wearing a black dress that was sparkling with blue accents. I sped us to Hawaii and once we got there she looked shocked. I had prepared a dinner Infront of a beautiful waterfall in the jungle right next to volcano Haleakala. After dinner I brought her to the waterfall and got down on one knee. "Caitlin Danielle Snow and Frost Danielle Snow will you marry me?" I asked and tears were forming in her eyes. "Yes." Frost said then giving Caitlin control. "Yes." She also said. I put the ring on her finger. We kissed and then I sped us back to S.T.A.R. LABS where we spent the next few hours just spending time together.
