Chapter 18

Barry's Pov:

It has been two weeks since I woke up and now I am fully able to walk again. To test how well I can walk and run Cait has been having me run around the track in the speed lab all day. Once I was finished I stopped next to Cait who just looked at me with love. "So how am I?" I asked and she smiled. "You are perfect... I mean your vitals were perfect." She said blushing. "Why thank you Dr.Snow." I said laughing which she requited. "Anything for you Mr.Allen." She said also laughing. "So I was thinking since you can phase, throw lightning, run on lightning, and even charge lightning inside your body and release it is there anything else you can do?" Cait asked and I shrugged. "I don't know but I have a thought since you learned how to make other weapons out of ice then why don't we spar and see if I can make weapons out of lightning." I said smiling at Cait. "Ok." She said changing into Frost. "So handsome I hear that you want to spar to see if you can make weapons out of lightning." Frost said giving me a kiss. "Yes ma'am." I said giving a kiss back. We got into positions and Frost made two katanas out of ice. I was trying to make a weapon out of lightning but couldn't. Frost started to swing at me and all the sudden I made a battle axe out of lightning. Frost designated this new ability of mine as lightning constructs. We started to duel both trying not to actually hit each other until Frost started getting cocky. "Is that all you got handsome?" She asked with a smirk. "Not even close." I said Running at her. We both started to land sold hits until I hit her in her side which cut her pretty bad and gave her a third degree burn. She winced and I ran towards her. "Frost are you ok?" I asked as the worry laced every single word. "Yeah I am fine look." She said as ice covered her wound and in a couple minutes it melted and she was fully healed. "Well it seems that your ice healing has gotten stronger." I said giving her a kiss. "What now?" She asked. "I want to get faster." I said and she nodded. I started to run and after thirty minutes of running I sped off the track. After I stopped Frost looked shocked. "What is it? What's wrong?" I asked and she smiled. "Nothing your top speed was Mach 5 now it is Mach 7." She said running over to me giving me a kiss. "No way. How?" I asked. "Well Caity thinks that it was all the time you spent using the battery from Thawne's old wheel chair. The difference is that you were never losing speed but he was." Frost said looking at me with an evil grin. "That's awesome how about we go out to dinner tonight?" I asked and she nodded. later that night I took Frost who was wearing a sparkling blue dress which ended just above her knees was backless and had a white snowflake in the middle. I was in a tux with a red tie that faded into yellow at the bottom. We went to a fancy steakhouse and I got a tomahawk ribeye with mashed potatoes and red wine. Frost got a smaller filet mignon with asparagus and red wine. We spent the dinner enjoying our food and talking. After dinner we took a walk on the beach. After this we went back to S.T.A.R. LABS and started to kiss each other. We spent the next few hours spending time together. The next day was kind of a chill day. We all spent it training and relaxing until we had a surprise visit from Joe. "Hey Joe why are you here?" Cisco asked. "I came to warn you." He said. "Warn us about what?" Hartley asked this time. "It is about Oliver. He is going to tell everyone your identities" He said in a worried tone. Just then a video message appeared on all of the computers. "Hello Central City I am The Green Arrow. I know that it is odd to see me here but there is a good reason. You are living in fear of The Demon Flash, Killer Frost, Reverb, and Pied Piper. I am here to tell you who they really are. Their identities are..."
