3 months ago the world flipped on its head. 3 months ago your life changed forever. 3 months ago you weren't ready for one baby and now your preparing for two.
one conversation you and mason had been having was the fact you definitely needed to move but with masons career at Chelsea becoming more unclear the idea of building a house on the outskirts of Chelsea and Kingston seemed futile, and you needed a new car, one car seat in your mini was cramped neither mind 3 and the final aspect was marriage. marriage was never on your radar especially after a failed relationship which resulted in a baby, you didn't see the point but you know mason would at some point want to get married so after the twins you would need to start thinking of that.
the first few months of pregnancy went so quickly with the doubled morning sickness, the doubled preparation and the doubled scans, life really hadn't gone anywhere, but today was the champions league final so you had to go, which meant your massive bump would be displayed to the world. undecided on whether announce on the way there and allow people time to muster up questions or turn up, you through on a tight long black dress. it was crazy Ellis was only 8 months old, you could remember this stage of pregnancy with him like it was yesterday and it definitely felt like yesterday. once mason emerged from dressing your son he was meet but the sight of you sat of the bathroom floor, draped over the toilet waiting to vomit for the fourth time today. he pulled your hair out of the way and began rubbing your back. "you dont have to come today babe" you laughed knowing the only thing that could stop you from going is you went into labour.
as mason pulled into Stamford bridge you could fell all the cameras flash towards you, he gently squoze your thigh to reassure you before he stopped the car and walked round to unbuckle to car seat. you took a deep breath and gathered your thoughts as mason beckoned for you to come with him, the second your white air force touched the concrete the flashing was all you could focus on. the your dad appeared in the door and took Ellis out of masons hand giving mase enough free hands to reach for your hand and pull you towards him. once you were inside of Cobham and away form the photographers you could finally breathe. the rest of the night went so well, and after a 4-2 win, your proudest moment came from watching mason lift your son like he was the greatest achievement in his life, regardless of the trophy in his arms you could tell he would give it up any day to have that moment with Ellis one more time. after 20 minutes of celebrations sky sports new requested an interview with you and at the end of the day this was one of the biggest days of his career and the last thing you would want is for him to not have your thoughts on the day, so you pulled yourself together and answered there questions. of course they only ones they really asked where those about the pregnancy but you continued to link every question back to the game.
you couldn't travel back with mase as he obviously deserved to celebrate but with the morning sickness and a 7 month old staying out wasnt really the plan, so you packed Ellis back into the car with masons help and watched him immediately start to fall asleep nestled into the cushions of the car seat. as you went to walk round to the drivers side of the car mason pulled your hand towards him, and pulled his hands against the sides of your bump and your hips. he couldn't find the words to say what he wanted to say, but you knew how grateful he was so you pushed your head against his chest. Two minutes later ellis started to wriggle clearly upset with the lack of movement, so you pulled yourself away from mason and climbed into the car.
It was around 1:30am when your phone started ringing, you expected it to be mason asking for you to let him in instead it was an unknown number, you answered and quickly moved into the living room not wanting to wake Ellis up, a woman's voice started moaning from the other end of the phone as you were trying to piece the situation together you could hear panting, after another few minutes the sounds stopped and you heard one person stand up and leave the room, that was when the woman told you what you had heard was her and mason. The paranoia set in. You had been through your fair share of cheating scandals in your lifetime but none were ever this real. You called mason immediately and there was no answer. Of fucking course there was no answer. You dropped mason a text telling him to not come home tonight and decided to warn dec, Ben, Kai and Reece they would more than likely have a mason sleeping on their sofa tonight because there was no way you were letting him back through that door after that phone call.
Clearly mason never got that text because at 3am he walked through the front door with McDonald's, you woke up to the smell of chicken nuggets and mason picking you up out of bed. At first you forgot you were even mad at him and started to curl into him, that bliss didn't last long and before you knew it you were sat at the dining room table eating chicken nuggets and arguing with him over the phone call he was pretending to be completely unaware off. That only mad you become even more frustrated as it was like arguing with a wall which was even worse.
