Some friends and I are out for a girl's night. I usually don't mind, but these past few times have been difficult. You see, I have feelings for Ruby. In normal circumstances, it would be fine. However, these are not normal circumstances. Ruby recently got into a relationship with fellow Riott Squad member Liv Morgan.
They are not shy about PDAs at all. Boy, do I wish that was me? I would kill to be in Liv's place. Some of our friends here know about my crush on Ruby. I wanted to tell her, but I never found the time or courage to do it.
The worst part is I'm sure Liv knew too. And yet, she asked out Ruby anyways. Ruby had said yes, which broke my heart. I brush it off any time I hang out with Ruby or Liv. I pretend I'm fine, and it doesn't bother me. It seems like they make each other happy. If Ruby is happy, then so am I. "Y/n, it's your turn." I looked up at Natalya, who had just sat down. The friends I mentioned are Ruby, Liv, Sarah, Natalya, Bayley, and Sasha. We are all out for karaoke. It's my turn to go up.
I nodded and stood up from my seat. I took a gulp from my drink to give me liquid courage. I took a deep breath and walked up to the songbook. I flipped through to find something. I heard giggles and looked in the direction they came from. "Ruby!" Liv is practically sitting in Ruby's lap. Ruby was attacking Liv with kisses.
My heart clenched at the sight. I know what I'm gonna sing. I selected the song and grabbed a microphone. My friends looked at me as the music started.
I've got a girl crush
Hate to admit it but
I got a heart rush
It's slowing down.
