Rhea Ripley- Unexpected Help

I've been having a rivalry with Nikki A.S.H for a little bit. I had taken Rhea's side after their tag team split up. So, because of that, Nikki claimed that I was a villain. That's a lie, because I'm a babyface. She can believe whatever she wants.

Tonight, I'm looking to end it. I had challenged Nikki to a match. I had won last week, but not in normal circumstances. I had accidentally knocked out the ref. While she was out, DouDrop grabbed a chair for Nikki. She had hit me, but I took it from her.

I took a page out of Eddie Guererro's book. Before the ref was up, I hit the floor with the chair. I threw it into Nikki's hands and fell down like I was hit. The referee saw Nikki had the chair and disqualified her.

So now, I've been challenged to a no holds barred match. Mainly because I think she wants to hit me with a chair and not get in trouble for it.

"The following contest is a no holds barred match! Introducing first, accompanied to the ring by DouDrop. She is almost a superhero, Nikki A.S.H!" Nikki and DouDrop went first since she challenged me. I waited until my song played and my queue was given to walk out. "And her opponent, R/n!" I went straight to the ring and stood across from Nikki.

The bell rung, signaling the start of the match. Because I took the time to study Nikki's moves and habits, I was able to stay two steps ahead and on the offensive.

"I hate you so much, R/n! You're pay for what you did to me last week!" Nikki shoved me backwards. I expected to hit the floor, but instead I backed into something. I turned around and saw DouDrop. She grabbed me and gave me a headbutt.

This isn't good for me. Nikki and I can't get disqualified. That means she's gonna use her body guard to help her win.

I crawled out of the ring and looked under the apron to see if I can find anything to help me. I grabbed a hold of a kendo stick and climbed back in. Nikki charged me, so I hit her legs with the stick. She fell to the ground. I turned to DouDrop and started hitting her with it. I hit her as hard as I could, because I know she's more of a challenge to take down. I just kept wacking away until the kendo stick broke.

I was about to kick her out of the ring when I felt something slam into my back. I fell to the floor in agony. Turning my head, I can see Nikki has a steel chair.

She hit me with it multiple times. I tried to crawl away, but with every move I made, my back was met with her weapon of choice.

All at once, she stopped. I felt my body get picked up and I was forced to stand. A microphone was put into my face. "So, R/n, any last words before I vanquish you forever?"

"Yeah, I do. Rhea! Help me!" I was shoved to the floor and I felt both women kick me while I'm down.

"THIS IS MY BRUTALITY!" Nikki and DouDrop stopped their attacks to look up. I opened my eyes to see Rhea is answering my plea to help. She ran down the walkway and slid into the ring. She shoved both women out of the ring, giving me enough time to catch my breath.

"Look at you, R/n! Don't be pathetic. Get up!" I struggled, but I managed to pull myself to my feet. "Get Nikki, I'll take care of her new friend."

I nodded and ran after Nikki. Rhea took care of DouDrop since she's strong enough to fend off that tank of a woman. Eventually, I pulled out another chair from under the ring. I stood over both DouDrop and Nikki.

I began to hit them both with the chair so they'd stay down. After I felt I was done, I gave the chair to Rhea. I ran to the ropes and climbed up. I jumped and performed the Frog Splash on Nikki. It's another tribute to Eddie. I made the cover. "One, two three!"

Rhea helped me up from the floor and rose my arm in the air. The crowd went nuts, seeing Rhea helped me get the win.

She let me lean on her for support as I limped to the back. "Excuse me, Rhea and R/n. I have a few questions. How do you feel after this brutal match against Nikki A.S.H?"

I winced when we stopped because i wanted to go sit down. "Nikki has had this weird grudge against me ever since she attacked Rhea. Of course I'm gonna side with Rhea, because she's the obvious victim. Nikki wanted this match so she can cheat and get away with it."

"I've been done with Nikki because I beat her three or four times in a row. I know what lengths she goes to just to win over someone better than her. It was a no brainer to come out there and help R/n." I smiled and nodded at Rhea, saying a silent thank you.

"There have been rumors going around. Some say it's because you two are together. Is that true?" The microphone was pointed to us. I looked to Rhea. We haven't said anything because we wanted to keep our relationship a secret.

Rhea softly smiled and wrapped an arm around me. "That's no lie. R/n and I are together. And soon enough, she's going to join The Judgement Day. That way, she can be by my side once again."

Finally, we made it home. I had been silent the whole way home. Just absorbing the fact that Rhea made us public. I don't mind, honestly. I like that she's ready to show our relationship.

After showering and putting sleepwear on, I felt Rhea come up behind me and snake her arms around my waist. "So, looks like it's official. The world knows we're together."

Rhea kissed my shoulder and nuzzled her face into my neck. "Yeah, they do. Is that ok?"

"I don't mind." I turned around and hugged Rhea tightly. "I'm glad the world knows I'm taken." We stood in comfortable silence for a few minutes, then moved to the bed. "Thanks for saving me."
