Serena's P.O.V
The loud noise made us jump. Calem got up and opened the door and looked around to see where it was coming from. The loud noise boomed again and made me jump again.
"C-Calem, what was that?" I asked, looking at him. He didn't answer but he signaled me to stay quiet.
After he left, I felt a cloth cover my mouth and nose. I knew what it was so I tried not to breathe in but I couldn't handle it so I breathed in the cloth and started getting sleepy. I tried starying awake but I gave in and blacked out.
That last thing I saw was someone I never wanted to again.
Calem's P.O.V
I didn't know where the noise was so I looked into each room yet I saw nothing.
"There's nothing out there, Serena, so-" I was about to finish my sentence until I looked to see Serena gone.
"Serena!" I panicked, looking in the bathrooms, the closets, everywhere but I didn't find her. I was about to sit on the bed until I saw a note. I got it and read out loud.
I couldn't wait to have her so I took the opportunity after you left her and snatched her right up. Don't worry, I won't hurt her, just going to have a little fun instead. If you want her so badly, then meet me at the corner of the old abandoned warehouse tomorrow. Hope to see you there.
"That bastard." I muttered through my teeth, biting my lip hard enough to draw blood.
