This is a JaneNella oneshot story about Jane De Leon who works at a flower shop, meets Janella Salvador who has recently moved in her small town city.
Once they come across each other, love in the air forms... ___________________________________ Jane's POV:
Im currently making myself breakfast which is tea and some toast. My dad left early for work like he always does, its like he's never even here.
Meanwhile I have work in a few minutes at the flowershop down the street.
I have no interest in plants what so ever but they pay good and its near the place I live so I work there. My friends work there as well so thats a bonus.
I quickly rush to my bedroom and put my clothes one after finishing my breakfast.
I grab my tote bag that has everything I need in it and my keys hanging by the door.
I quickly left the house and walked towards the shop, while walking I notice a moving truck down the road.
Someone's probably recently moved in, I didnt think much of it and just headed straight for the flowershop.
Once I got inside I see my Boss hanging new plant pots by the door while standing on a ladder since she was too short to reach.
"Hey Boss" I said as I walked by her. "Buti naman nandito kana" She said. "Bakit?" I asked and hung my tote bag where the jackets were hung up.
"Yung mga kaibigan mo oh mga maritess, tinitingnan yung babae na kaka move in lang dito" She said and I raised both my eyebrows as I put on my black apron and gloves.
I then walk over to my friends who were staring at the window.
"Huy ano ba yan?" I asked as I tied my hair up in a ponytail.
"Oh nandito kana pala" Marasaid. "Nadinig ko na mayaman yung magulang nya, nag move in daw dito yung babae kasi nag away daw sila" Richard said and I rolled my eyes.
"San mo naman nakuha yung information na yon?" I asked and crossed my arms.
"Basta, I also heard her name is Janella or something" He replied.
"Hoy! Bumalik na kayo sa trabaho kung ayaw nyong ma kaltas yung payment nyo" Boss said as she walked by us holding pots in her hands.
I quickly walked over to the cashier counter and grabbed the spray bottle on it.
"Ako na!" Mara said and took the bottle for me and started spraying some plants.
"Huy duty ko yan-" I said. "Alam ko! Sa cashier kanalang please?" She begged and I sighed.
"Thank youu" she said as she slowly started to walk away from me because she was spraying more plants.
*Ding*
I heard the door open because of the bell and looked up.
It was a girl, someone I've never seen before. I examined her as she walked inside.
Black long shiny hair with blonde strips in her bangs, she was wearing a white crop top and some loose beige pants, she had toned abs-
And shes walking up to me while smiling, I gulped. "Hi!" She said while smiling.
"Welcome to the flowershop" I said. She smelt really good as well.
"What flower or plant seeds do you guys have available?" She asked. "I'll go check" I said and walked away from the cashier to the back.
Why is she so pretty? She smells good too..
Dont get distraced Jane!
I got the bin of plant seeds and put it at the cashier. "So uhm this is everything we have right now" I said and she looked through the bin.
"Whats your favorite plant?" She asked and looked at me. "Oh me?" She nodded. "Well Im not really into plants" I replied.
"Really? Well just one plant that maybe catches your eye?" She asked. "Why do I need to tell you?" I asked.
"Im interested in what this pretty girl likes" She smiled. I furrowed my eyebrows "Sorry?" I said.
"Come on, what plant makes you interested? Or catches your eye" She asked and I sighed.
"I guess the peace lily is pretty, I like the white part or whatever you call it" I said and she chuckled a little.

"The white part is the spathe of the flower" She said and showed me the picture on the seed package.
We had eye contact for a few seconds and she was smiling. I fake coughed to stop the tension in between us.
"Alright I'll take this" She said and put the seed package down on the counter.
"That'll be 5$/200 pesos" I said and typed it into the cashier. "Cash or card?" I asked. "Card" She replied and handed me her card.
I swiped it through and gave it back to her. "Here you go Mam" I said and the smile on her face remained.
"Thank you" She said. "I'll definetly come back here" She said and winked at me before leaving.
*Ding*
There she left, I watched her as she walked away. The way she walks also seems to be beautiful, god- Everything about this girl seems beautiful.
"Luh! My crush sya sa new girl dito sa neighborhood" Mara said and I widened my eyes.
"A-Ano?! Nakatira na sya dito?!" I asked and Richard nodded. "Yup" Mara said.
"She even winked at you Jane!!" Marasaid. "I'll definetly come back here" Richard copied the her voice and I rolled my eyes.
"Shes just a nice customer you guys, relax" I said and sighed.
"Deny all you want pero feeling ko mag cacatch ka nang feelings~" Mara said as she walked away.
