I was staring at no one in particular and was thinking about my life. 'I'll be AKSHITA MANIK MALHOTRA in 2 weeks. That made me feel nervous, happ- wait, happy? Yeah happy because I'll get to see khushi di, arav, veer bhaiya, dadu, dadi,Shreya mam & sir everyday and I'll be part of their family yeah that's it'. I was thinking about everything when suddenly I remembered MANIK, I looked at the engagement ring in my hand and I remembered our engagement. I am now 'FIANCE OF MANIK MALHOTRA'. I don't have my own identity, either I was remembered as 'NAIRA KARTIK'S DAUGHTER' or 'SINGHANIAS or GOENKA'S GRAND DAUGHTER' and now I'll be known as 'AKSHITA MANIK MALHOTRA'. Why am I never identified as who I am? Why can't I be identified as just AKSHITA. I looked at the photo frame beside me
