CHAPTER-12

It has been almost a week since Akshu and Raj's talk in the garden and now everything is almost normal and everyone's back to work.

Right now, Akshu, Khushi, Shreya, Riya and her mother, Meera were in mall for Arav and Riya's wedding shopping and they were almost done when Khushi said she wants to look for some outfits for herself too so they both were moving to another store when suddenly a lady of almost about Shreya's age pushed Akshu accidentally but it was too quick so due to the sudden force, Akshu got disbalanced and ended up hurting her foot

"Akshu"

"Tumhe lagi toh nahi?"

"Beta, I am sorry, mera dhyaan kahin aur tha, sorry beta" the lady went on apologizing

"Nahi ma'am, it's okay, main thik hun" Akshu answered politely

"Kya thik hun? Dekho tumhe kitni chot aayi hai" Khushi exclaimed horrifyingly and the lady looked worried

"Khushi di, please, bohot choti si chot hai" Akshu said

"Ma'am, it's okay, main thik hun, aap ja sakti hai" Akshu said and the lady apologized again and started walking away when suddenly she heard a voice and stopped

"Akshu, kya hua beta?" Shreya asked worriedly as they just came out of the store and saw her standing there and limping

"Kuch nahi, Maa, main thik hun" Akshu said

The lady turned around and when she saw Shreya, she was shocked, she had tears in her eyes, she quickly wrapped the dupatta on her face and ran away

While Shreya looked at the lady running and got confused

"Arey wo aunty kahan gayi" Akshu asked looking around

"Kon aunty?"

"Maa, wo yahin thi ek aunty, pata nahi kahan chali gayi" Akshu said confused

"Accha chalo chalte hai" Khushi said and the ladies moved outside

Riya and her mother went to their home directly from the mall while the Malhotra ladies decided to have ice- cream and then go home

So Khushi and Shreya were sitting in the car and Akshu decided to bring ice cream for three of them.

So she was bringing the ice cream and crossing the road when suddenly a car was coming in full speed but a guy pulled her and saved her at the right time

Akshu was shocked and scared, Khushi and Shreya were worried, they went to her and asked

"Akshu, tum theek ho?" Khushi asked worriedly

"H-han? Han main theek hun bhabhi" Akshu said coming out of the trance

"Pakka na? Lagi toh nahi?" Shreya asked and hugged her

"Nahi Maa, main theek hun" Akshu said and turned to the guy who saved her

"Thank you so much, beta" Shreya thanked him

The guy nodded and looked at Akshu asking "you okay?"

"Yeah, thank you so much, agar tum nahi hote toh-" Akshu was about to continue

"It's okay, take care" he said and was about to wear his helmet

"Arey, apna naam toh batao" Khushi said

"Abhimanyu" the guy, Abhimanyu said and moved towards his bike and sat on it while Shreya stood there looking at his fading figure and thinking something

"Maa, kya hua?" Akshu shook Shreya

"Huh? Nahi kuch nahi, ghar chale?" Shreya asked

"Um, mujhe aap dono promise karo ki abhi yahan jo kuch bhi hua wo aap Manik aur ghar pe kisiko bhi nahi bataoge" Akshu said
