The doctor came in the morning to check on my knee just like Kayla said. I didn't break it but I wouldn't be able to walk on it for a few days. John let me borrow a walking stick he had in his office. At least I could walk better but it meant that I was slower walking up and down the stairs. Kayla helped me if I needed it, and may have forced John to help me a couple of times.
After a day of getting used to the pain in my knee and using a walking stick to help me around the house I sat in my room for a few hours and done some thinking. I thought mainly about the mansion and the Weeping Angels. There must have been some way of stopping them without getting killed or sent back in time by them.
Kayla walked in after a while with some tea for us both. "Is the mansion still infested with Weeping Angels then?" She asked.
"Yes. There's got to be someone of something that can destroy them or at least send them back into space or wherever they came from."
"You say all of this but you have no idea what you are talking about." She was right. I had absolutely no idea what I was on about. "If the Doctor was here I bet he would... know." I got an idea. "That's it!"
"What is?"
"If I can find a way to get the Doctor to this year by sending him a message he could help."
"That's not bad but how do you plan to do it."
"We need to go to the mansion."
