Ella stood in the kitchen as she stood making breakfast. She smiled as she felt a pair of arms wrap around her and smiled as she turned to face Tom as he leant in and kissed her
Ella knew that things weren't easy at the minute. She was trying to set up an custody arrangement with max for Gracie. She knew how sure we going to have soul custody but she was going to let him have set days. She knew that max was a good dad and she wasn't going to cut him out or their daughters life
Ella knew that it wasn't fair in either one of them. Ella knew that she wanted what was best for Gracie and she knew that she deserved to have both of her parents and trying to get along.
Ella knew it was what was best for her little girl "are you okay" Tom asked as Ella looked to him and smiled
"Yeah I am just thinking over everything you know with max and with Gracie. I want what is best for her and I know that means having both of her parents trying to get along but I also know that Alexis has just had maxs baby and it's a mess" Ella said as Tom looked to her and smiled
"I know. I know that your trying to do what is best for everyone and I know it's not easy. You are not responsible for max Tyler's actions. I know that you are a good person and you want to fix it all but you can't" he said as Ella smiled
"I know. I just feel responsible for this"
"I get that but it will be okay. I am here and no matter what happens we will get through it together" he said as she looked to him and smiled

Ella got to work and frowned as she saw Alexis "what are you doing here" Ella asked as she saw Alexis
"Mum has a meeting with miss mason, over school and the baby and how to cope"
"And you have to wait out here. Do you even want to come back to school I mean you had a premature baby" Ella asked as Alexis looked to her and smiled
"It is what it is. I mean it's not my main priority but I know I don't want to drop out. I thought I could focus on the baby then report the year. I know it's not ideal but mum thinks I can still do exams and that" Alexis said
"I could talk to max over it. But it's awkward is it what you want me to do" she asked
"I don't know"
"Think about it okay" Ella said as Alexis nodded

Ella walked into the office and looked to see max "I have arranged a meeting with my lawyer so we can arrange custody and what to do with Gracie. I want us to have an written arrangement" she said
Max looked to her and nodded "I'll call my lawyer. To cover us both" he said as she nodded. She knew how things were hard but she was glad they were both trying for gracie
"Good. I'll text you with the details and I need to talk to you over Alexis and I am not going to start but you need to talk to her over it" she said
"I know look I will deal with it I swear I want to do the right thing" max said as Ella smiled hoping that he was right and hoped that he would do the right thing
