"okay. is it just me or should carlos have given "fake crying" to an actor?" maddox said.

"oh, it's way easier than you think." desiree said writing down some blocking. "do you have a pet who died?" ashlyn asked.

"just my dog joe-jack, but he's still alive." Oh, you didn't hear? um, we got a call in the office. there's been a terrible accident." ashlyn said empathetically.

"okay, can i be the slapper?" maddox said to carlos who came over. "we're working out the kinks." desiree said shaking her head.

"there's no time. just work on your backstories." carlos said.

"try this. the two of you are in love with the same boy." carlos said gesturing to ashlyn and maddox.

"oh, jet. we'll make it jet." carlos spoke. "oh, gosh, no." maddox said, and desiree's eyes widened.

"oh, gosh, yes. it totally makes sense that i , the girl with the dark past, would be in love with the bad boy." ashlyn agreed.

"jet, come here." carlos said waving jet over. "what are you gonna do?" desiree asked maddox.

"maybe jump into the lake and drown?" maddox said. "i thought it was shallow." desiree joked, earning a glare from maddox.

"do you know maddox? she's hot for you."carlos said and maddox squeezed one of the paper props.

jet laughed, "o...kay.." "but you, jet, you have the hots for desiree." "umm.." jet said nervously.

"huh? wait wait wait." desiree said waving her hands around.

"two people in love with the same guy, but he loves someone else, and she knows, and she feels the same way about him, except she knows her best friend since childhood likes him...." carlos said dramatically.

"um... hey, channing's here." ej said bursting in. carlos starting breathing heavily, and desiree patted his shoulder lightly.

"everyone give a warm welcome for channing." ej said when everyone came out. "pretend i'm not here." channing said.

"no welcome for channing." ej said, still very loud.

"this is nice, elsa. us talking." gina read. "yeah, it is."

"maybe we could do it more often?" kourt scoffed, "oh, my gosh." "um..." gina started.

"i'm so sorry. can we cut? are you really gonna deliver your line like that?" kourtney said. "if you wanna talk line readings, don't get me started." gina said.

"or what?" kourt said getting closer. gina ran off stage, "come on. let's get..."

gina splashed a cup of water on kourt and she moved back. "oh no you did not."

"shouldn't have gotten me started." gina said, walking by kourt and bumping her shoulder, "oops.." "now, you hold on one second." kourt said following gina off stage. 

"all right. ej on stage, leet's do the anna- kristoff-hans scene. page 24." desiree said, going back stage.

"desiree, i need you to adjust jet after he says he line and be very flirty with it, and then maddox you have to cry." carlos whispered to the girls.

"do i have to flirt with him?" desiree said. "yes you do." carlos replied.

"and action." ej said when maddox brought the prop out. "i'm sorry. so sorry." gina said. "oh, no. are you okay?" jet said.

carlos pointed at the board, indicating for him to be more 'bad' "i'm fine. how embarrassing."

"i...director, i don't get hans. he's kinda lame. can we get him to be rougher or something?" jet said to ej.

"are you questioning me as a director/actor?" ej said. "i am that's for sure." desiree said.

she walked onto the stage, flipping the side of her hair back dramatically.

"this scene is disgusting, they're awkward, you look stupid standing up here. maybe learn how to act before you direct. rj."

"she didn't even call him by his name." kourt whispered to channing.

"and jet, cheat out a little. you have to be halfway to the audience." desiree said putting her hands on jet's forearms and turning him slightly.

"like that." she said running her hands down his arms, stopping at his hands.

"okay let's keep going." desiree said going backstage.

"i think i'm gonna throw up i hate this." desiree said holding her chest.

"hi. can i ask you lovebirds something?"ricky said coming onstage

"lovebirds? no. we've actually never met." gina said. "but we're meeting now." jet said, making his voice deep.

"yeah, we are." gina said. "great. Do you like cold drinks?" ricky said. "very much." jet said again.

"what are you doing with your voice, dude?" ricky said. "i don't know, but it hurts."

"okay, you need to start crying. and you need to be judgier." carlos said backstage.

"i don't know what to think about." maddox said. "you know what, jet is about to profess his love to another girl. you should be hysterical right now."

"desiree, get out there and flirt with jet more than you've flirted with anyone else."

"do i-"

"go!" carlos said pushing desiree onto the stage. "jet, don't force anything."

she walked over to him, grabbing his hand and putting it on her hip. "it should be from down her, and your diaphragm."

"thanks for all the help desiree, you're making me a great actor." jet said rubbing desiree's side.

desiree smiled, even thought she was mentally crying and screaming.

maddox then screeched, "it's just... it is so hard to see my...man with another lady." she said, grabbing a handkerchief and walking off the stage.

the camera turned to carlos and kourt who were talking sassily, "guys kiss. it will make the act even better." ricky said.

"what, no!" desiree whispered yelled. "ricky stop it." jet said. "i'm so confused."

"just do it. it's for us to keep the documentary."  ej said. "it's for the documentary, okay?" desiree said and jet nodded.

she leaned and and kissed him, and it was the first kiss she's had in years.

carlos and kourt gasped, and channing turned the camera to the two. "meet me at the firepit tonight?" jet whispered loudly.

"i'll meet you there." desiree winked, leaving the stage, and going outside the barn.

"i just kissed my best friends brother, i just kissed jet. i just..." desiree said, collapsing onto the ground dramatically.
