Parallel and criss-crossed lines of different colored wires and cords lined the ground, connecting to Optimus' pod.

"How much longer?" Bumblebee asked, impatiently. "I've been waiting for what feels like an eternity for this!"

"The wires are all connected and we are ready to go." Keith said, pressing the last few buttons. The machine in front of them started to vibrate and hum in a base note tone, before lights of red, blue, and yellow flickered on.

Keith's finger was hovering over his comm to contact Coran, when Coran called.

"Perfect timing Coran!" Keith exclaimed, amazed at the coincidence.

"Keith! I am intercepting a transmission_is Bumblebee with you?" Coran asked, his words were fast, on the verge of being jumbled. Bumblebee stepped up beside Keith, his head tilted curiously. His body language gave Keith the vibe of a curious dog; one who just heard the word "bone" and suddenly seemed to care. Keith then looked back down to the coms, resisting the urge to giggle at the bot.

"Yeah Coran, he is. Why?"

"Bumblebee," Coran cleared his throat, "do you know anyone named Jazz and Ironhide?"

Bumblebee nodded his head furiously, along with excited beeps and music. "They are my friends. Where are they?"

"I am tracking their location to just 5 miles west of your location. But you must hurry. It sounds like Ironhide is hurt."

Bumblebee immediately transformed, his vehicle's engine roaring with urgency and anticipation. He raced into the woods, winding his way through the thick trunks of trees.

"Bumblebee has taken off. Send me their coordinates and contact the others! Bumblebee and I will meet them there!" Keith sprinted to his lion, whilst listening to the muffled conversation from the other Paladins and Coran.

The black lion glanced up into the light navy sky, before powerfully pouncing off his hind legs. The lion straightened out, gliding over Bumblebee as the Camero raced through the woods.

A minute later, Keith's communicator rang. It was Hunk. "We're here boss. Pidge stayed back to guard the castle and Optimus."

"Sounds good! When we get there, stay with your lions." The paladins agreed as they continued to glide through the thinning clouds which were glowing with a rainbow of colors from the dimming sun. Keith almost wished he was back at the castle, looking through the crystal windows, or the powerful balconies of reflective metal.

They came upon a large clearing, where the trees spread out around a large circle of patchy grass. Near the edge of the circle, Keith could catch a glance of two figures, one white and one red.

The lions flew into a circle formation, planning to line up with the trees. They lowered themselves, their paws gently landing on the ground below.

Bumblebee swerved in between Black and Blue lion, transforming into a sprint toward his friends.

"Bee, you're here! Thank the Allspark!" Jazz celebrated.

A hurting and exhausted Ironhide sat up slightly. "Oh you're here. Good to see you, kid." Ironhide lied back down with a rough sigh.

Bumblebee rushed over to see the grass next to Ironhide dyed a light blue; the same color dripping off of his right hand. Bee looked up at Jazz, worriedly.

"I know. His condition has been degrading since I found him a few cycles ago. I tried helping him, but I'm not Ratchet."

"Did someone say Ratchet?" Bumblebee spun around, Jazz's gaze following. A white bot with red crosses on his shoulders and a determined expression stepped out from the shadows of the trees. His paint was slightly scratched, a signal that a long journey was now behind the medic. Now for a much tougher one.
