I Saw Mama Kissing Santa Clause (F)

Jennie was adjusting the fake beard and looking at herself in the mirror. She was making sure her Santa costume didn't have too much lint on it from being locked up in the attic for half the year. She felt the gentle arms of Lisa wrap around her waist looking at her in the mirror giving a dopey smile.

"You look cute but don't you think Lily is a little old for you to dress up as Santa when you put out her presents. I mean she is eight years old now and hasn't even talked about Santa this year," Lisa said, tying Jennie's red boots.

"I know but it's a family tradition, now let's go downstairs it's almost 6 a.m. and I would like to be done before 7," Jennie grinned as Lisa grabbed the red velvet sack that held Lily's presents.

Lily had never stayed up this late before she had hidden between the couch and the wall. It was the perfect blind spot to finally catch a glimpse of Santa. The sound of the bottom step squeaking made drooping eyes shoot wide open. She could barely hear the voices coming from the other room that held the tree. She furrowed her brow confused looking up the chimney wondering how Santa could have gotten past her before sneaking slowly toward the room with the Christmas tree.

"Look mistletoe," the voice said as Lily inched closer and could finally make out who was in the room. She saw her Mama Lisa kissing the lips of Santa Clause this made Lily let out a gasp as she covered her mouth, she ran off upstairs distraught by the sight.

The sound of a gasp made Lisa pull away and she looked around the corner to see nothing. She shook her head before pulling out one last present from the velvet bag.

"I know we said don't get each other anything this year but I got you something," Lisa had a small velvet box and pulled out a necklace that had three bird charms with the names Lisa Manoban, Jennie Kim-Manoban, and Lily Kim Manoban on it. Jennie gasped, hugging Lisa, kissing her cheek.

Lily's eyes widened big as saucers when Mama leaned in and began kissing Santa. Her Mama was kissing Santa! Lily frowned. Mama shouldn't be kissing Santa... kisses were only for Mommy.

Mama took Santa's hand and led her back into the living room and out of sight then she heard Mama's voice drift towards her. "Oh you are a bad Santa, a very bad Santa."

"Well, now my gift seems lame I got you your favorite sandals," Jennie chuckled, yawning softly as Lisa grinned.

"I love that gift, now come on we can at least get another hour of sleep before Lily wakes up,"

 Lisa chuckled as they went upstairs.

It was 9 a.m. Lily was sitting on the floor, playing with her new toys when she remembered she wanted to talk to Mama. She looked around for her parents but didn't see them anywhere and remembered that Mama was helping Mommy in the kitchen. She frowned but then a tiny smile curved on her lips when she spotted the next best thing. Her beloved Auntie Chaeyoung sat on the couch in the living room.

Lily got up and ran towards her.

"Auntie Chaeyoung, can I tell you a secret?"
