⥗ • Chapter 26 | What about a walk? •

It has been about three days since the incident.. you've been closed inside your room for these whole three days, not taking a single step outside meaning you've been kind of starving yourself due to how messed up it currently was in your head..

You were laying in the tub as the door to the bathroom stayed closed. You didn't really know how to feel at this point, you felt anger because of how Careles Omega was to make that decision as well as Zandik discarding him. But you also felt upset as he didn't even show a single emotion nor did he try to comfort you or even show a little bit of sympathy towards you. But eventually you'd heard a knock on the door as well as it opening and closing behind whoever walked inside, honestly you weren't bothered enough to even ask who it was as you only lowered yourself in the tub while keeping your arms wrapped around yourself before you heard a knock on the bathroom door " Y/N? " asked a familiar voice.

You stayed silent for a moment as you knew exactly who it was, you were quite annoyed at the fact that he came just THREE days later. That was until you scoffed after he knocked once more as well as looking away " Leave me alone.. " you muttered as you felt your eyes water at just the thought of seeing him.

Zandik stood silent behind the door for a moment before he gave off an annoyed scoff and walked away.. On the other hand you stayed in the tub for a little longer before wrapping a towel around your body and walking into your room. Though to your surprise you'd see Zandik sitting at the bed now looking towards you, you only frowned slightly as soon as he stood up and made his way towards you before taking your arm and pulling you towards the couch to push you down by your shoulders just so you'd sit down " Eat. " he said as he gestured towards the tray with food.

" I said that I'm not hungry- " you muttered as you looked at him before he took a forkful of food and basically shoved it into your mouth, now holding your cheeks with his hand just so you wouldn't spit it out.

" Swallow. " he commanded " I won't allow you to starve yourself because my segments.. died. " he said with a pause while he watched your eyes water before you finally swallowed.

" You're a jerk.. " you muttered before he gave you a hum and took another forkful of the meal he has brought you to eat " I'll eat on my own if you just let go off of my mouth- " you muttered.

" If I come back and the plate's full then I'll force you into it. " he said in a slightly annoyed tone before getting up from beside you and leaving the room quite quickly. You just sat there for a moment before you continued eating your meal. It was truly amazing and just now you could feel how empty your stomach really was..

In about an hour you'd already be finished with your meal and make your way into Zandik's office, it felt off as you saw how empty the halls looked like.. but once you were about to knock on his office the door opened up and revealed him instead " My, I was wondering what took you so long. " he said before taking your hand and basically dragging you into the office over to his desk. You stood silent while he dragged you over before he sat down at his chair and scooted closer to the desk to grab a few blueprints " I've been working on these for quite some time, but I need your opinion. "

You moved towards him and looked over at the blueprints that were notes instead " Go outside for a walk with Y/N.. Visit the Bridal store to pick a dress.. " once you began reading them you'd stop right at the second point and look over at him " These aren't blueprints Zandik. You've just written down what you want to do. " you muttered before taking a step back and crossing your arms.

He gave you a nod and stood up to tower over you once more " Exactly. I'd like to spend the day with you and show you around Snezhnaya as.. " he said with a pause before shaking his head with a scoff " Nevermind that. I'd just like to show you around myself, I know an amazing place we could go to as well. So.. what about a walk? " he asked before you gave him a nod and he took your hand as well as his Winter coat before heading towards your room.

You were silent the whole way as you didn't want to disturb whatever was going on through his mind at the moment due to how excited he looked, meaning he was in a good mood now which was.. good, at least that's what you thought. Eventually the both of you reached your room and he told you to put on warmer clothes as the both of you would be outside for much longer than what you were used to, so you did as told before leaving your room in the clothes you thought would keep you warm.

Once you left the room and looked around you'd see him leaning against the wall, seemingly in thought before he heard the door close behind you " That was quick. " he said before moving away from the wall and walking towards you to offer you his arm " I don't bite. " he said as he watched you take his arm.

" You do. " you said with a giggle before a small smile finally crept it's way up onto your lips. He looked at you for a while as the two of you walked towards the exit of the palace before the corners of his lips slightly crept up..

Hey everyone!~

So this Chapter we had a small argument between us and our beloved Doctor. But hey, he's trying his best to show off some sympathy by trying to make us clear our minds.

As for the next chapter, we'll be outside for quite some time and something interesting will happen as he'll let down his walls even more :o

Anyways that'll be it for this chapter, I'll post the next one later today so prepare for that!
