My arms resting on the sink, head hung down, all that's in my head is that letter. There's no way, I thought it was her. I rose my head up from the sink, staring at the running water. I sighed looking up.
My eyes went wide. (Y/N).
I quickly turned around, but no one was there. I sighed. I reached back and shut the water off.
I know she's alive. I want to see her so bad but I'm afraid if I do, she won't be alive.
I shook my thoughts out of my head and walked out of the bathroom back to the party. I met up with the guys and called for them.
"I'm going back to the hotel."
"Okay! Be careful, we'll meet up with you in an hour."
I left the room and went down the stairs. Instead of calling a cab or something, I decided to walk. The fresh air was better anyway.
I shoved my hands in my pockets, looking at my surroundings. I looked across the street. There, black hoodie and tech gear, stood (Y/N).
My eyes opened further.
"(Y/N)."
I started running across the street.
"(Y/N)!!"
Before I made it all the way a bus drove in front of me, honking.
"Get out of the road!"
I stared at the bus then looked toward (Y/N). She was gone.
I really am going crazy.
I got to the sidewalk and started walking again.
I almost got hit because I was running after a hallucination.
I smack my head, hitting away the thought. I reach the hotel entrance, walking in, paparazzi everywhere.
Shit. Someone probably saw my freak out.
I weaved my way past the crowd and into the stairwell. Everyone was blocking the elevator anyway. I trudged up the steps, angry at myself.
My head is really getting away from me. Clouding my judgment.
I open the door and closed my eyes for a minute, to take a breath. I started walking to my room and pulled out the key. Out of the corner of my eye, I noticed someone in the hall. I glanced over, double taking.
(Y/N).
I looked back at the door and shut my eyes tight.
It's just another hallucination. It's not real. She's not real.
I groaned, knowing damn well I didn't believe it. I looked back up and she's still there. Wait. If this wasn't real, she wouldn't disappeared.
"(Y/N), is that you?"
I started walking toward her, breathing shakey.
"(Y/N)..."
She walked down the hall around the corner. I ran to catch her, making sure that if she was real, she would still be there. Once I turned the corner, she was gone again.
I mentally slapped myself. I fell for it. Again. I hurried into my room, wanting this night to be over already. I shut the door and heard the crinkle of paper on the ground.
I looked down after shutting the door, bending to pick up the paper.
I unfolded the paper, thinking it was something that belonged to my hyungs.
"I told you I'd always be here, Kook."
I let out a huff of air. I can't believe it. She IS alive.
I laid down on the bed, holding the note to my chest, smiling.
When she's ready to come into the light, I'll be right here.
I opened my eyes, sun blasting through the windows. I squinted with furrowed eyebrows. When did I go to sleep?
I clenched my hands shut, realizing the paper isn't there.
"Wha...."
I looked around and saw all the guys, still in their clothes from last night. I didn't spot the paper though. I stood up, looking around. I started searching everywhere for it, waking everyone up.
"Where the hell is it?"
"Where is what?"
Jimin groaned and sat up, the rest following.
"The paper. Where's the paper?"
"I burned it."
I froze. What. I slowly turned towards Suga.
"What did you say?"
"It's just a crazy fan and you believe it was (Y/N). It's just someone stalking you probably okay? She's dead, Jungkook. Accept that."
I stood up straight, starring straight at him.
"You shouldn't have done that."
"Oh yeah?"
"You are trying so hard to convince me that she's dead. You want me to let her go so fucking bad."
"I want you to accept that she's gone. And she's not coming back. Jungkook, you were in love with her. You miss her, so much that you're seeing her everywhere. Let. Her. Go"
"Fuck you."
I grabbed my jacket and left. The guys calling after me. I left the house, and walked not knowing where I'm going.
The guys kept calling and I couldn't dead with it. I decided to turn off my phone. I don't want to talk to them anymore. At least not right now. I need to clear my head.
Maybe he's right. Maybe it is just a crazy fan. But that's not what I want to believe. I don't want to believe it.
I spent hour and hours just walking. I didn't know where I was going but I kept my feet moving.
Before I knew it, the sun had gone down. The street lights were on and there were less cars out.
Police sirens drew closer as the headlights blinded me. I covered my eyes with my hand, stopping my steps.
"Jungkook!"
My hyungs stepped out of the cars that trailed the cop.
They all ran to me, worried expressions on their face"We thought you got kidnapped! Don't ever do that to us again. Answer your damn phone!"
I smiled a bit, a little joyed with their care.
"I'm sorry guys I just... I needed to clear my head, think."
They all sighed of relief and hugged me.
The police drove off, leaving only out car parked in the alley.
"Don't ever do that to us again you understand? What if something happened to you?"
I smiled.
"You think I would've let something happen to him?"
We all froze and turned towards the dark alley. A figure stepped out of the dark, pulling off their hood.
"Com'on guys I thought you knew me."
My eyes widened as did everyone else's. She pulled off her hood and smiled.
