chapter 12

*Naila*

The best thing I did was befriending Melissa. Now I have every single chance to rip them apart. I will make sure they pay for every single tear I shed, for the pain they caused me. I will do it for Leyla.

I pull out my personal laptop and placed on my desk. I have already planned my next move, just a little more before I release the bomb.

Melissa jump and I flinched. I quickly close the laptop so she don't get a glimpse of my mission.

"What the hell Melissa" I said.

"I'm sorry" she hugged me Excitedly. I looked around and the coworkers are looking at us.

"What are you looking at?" I said to the girl Zaina. I never liked her from the beginning. She is so noisy. Melissa pull me and ask me to follow her to her office.

"What the hell are you Excited about?" I ask as we enter the office.

"Guess what?" She said.

"What?"

"I heard hayal and Ahmad arguing"

"Are you for real? About what?" I asked.

"It was an heated argument from the obvious but I don't know what they were arguing about". She said.

I ask her to sit down and calm down. I tell her this happen between couple but for Ahmad and Hayal to argue at the office means something huge.

"This is the right for us to show up. This is the right time to create confusion between them" I added

I didn't tell Melissa anything about my mission. After many experience I learned not to trust anyone in life, not even myself.

"I will make a huge move" I said with an evil smile.

"What is it?" She asked.

"Just wait and see".

I arrived home and the first thing I did was to sent a letter to Hayal's house. Just an empty letter. Nothing written but the letter "L".

I stayed up all night because I'm about to release the bomb. I will start taking my revenge and I tool an oath that None of them will ever see peace. I will do anything for Leyla.

Melissa picked me up and we arrived at work together.

"I need to get into Hayal's office as fast as possible" I said.

We waited for Hayal to enter Ahmad's office before I head in. Luckily she left her laptop open. I plugged my USB and sent everything I need to the laptop.

"Yes" I said Excitedly.

"Hurry up Naila. She is coming" melissa said.

I rushed out and Melissa ask what I did.

"Did you trust me or not?" I asked.

"I do but at least tell me".

"We need to go and delete the footage from the cctve camera" I demanded.

Melissa can get access to a lot of things in the office and we were lucky enough to get rid of the footage.

After 30 minutes, 2 cops pulled up saying Ahmad need to come with them. He didn't dragged but Hayal panicked but he reassured and hugged in front of everyone. I ignore what I was feeling and held melissa because jealousy was burning her.

She dragged me to her office and close the door.

"What the hell did you do Naila?" She said like she was about to cry.

"What needs to be done" I said staring at her.

"I ask you to get me closer to ahmd not to detain him."

I didn't said a single word to her until she finished talking.

"Melissa have you been this stupid your whole life or it's just a recent thing?" I ask as I fold my arms.

"If this is a joke then it's not funny, at all" she said.

I moved closer and placed my hands on her shoulder.

"One thing I love about myself is that I'm very smart. Something huge is about to happen, BOOM"

"Can you explain further please" she asked.

I asked her to follow me so they won't suspect us. I went ahead and speak to the police and he said that ahamd might get detain for 20 years.

Melissa get angry and dragged me back to the office.

"What the hell do you think you are doing?" She asked

I started laughing so hard before I paused.

"I'm naila and I'm never wrong" I said in a different tune.

"Please explain what is happening! I don't want Ahmad to go to jail" she said.

I sat her down and explain everything to her.

"But that means Ahmad is going to jail" she added.

"Your brain is so slow. Ahmad is not going to jail. Everything is fraud and she has good lawyers". I tried to explain to her.

"I don't get it" she said.

"The thing was sent from Hayal's ID. Ahmad will find out someone tried to set him up. He will track the ID and....."

"And what!?" She exclaimed.

"He will find out that his wife tried to betrayed him...." I added.

"And then he will never trust her again" melissa added.

"Exactly!"
