Episode 14

Erica's POV

I laid on the ground outside his closed room, to catch my breath. I vowed I won't go unconscious. My neck was sipping out little blood from my neck.

Shit his bites were hard.
I'm glad I survived, I'll survive all this.

I held my neck and walked outside to see Rosa and Linda with a saddened expression. Seeing my condition they both rushed over to me.

"Oh my God, Sire bit you!" Rosa exclaimed closing her mouth as tears fell from her eyes.

What's up with her? I'm the one in pain, not her.

{Amelia-law: Erica stop being rude, she's emotional}

"We are so so so sorry, Erica." Linda pleaded as she rushed into the kitchen.

"I apologies for being so emotional. I hate the fact you're suffering all this. I can feel your pain," Rosa said holding my both hands as she stared at me with teary eyes.

"I'm fine. Don't worry, you worry too much." I told her with a smile.

I smiled to hide the pain I was feeling.

Linda rushed inside and came out of the kitchen with a first aid box.

"Erica please sit, let me cure it," Linda said as she urged me to do so and I did.

Linda brought out a cotton and a methylated spirit. She damped the tissue in the spirit and robbed it on my bitten neck as I hissed in pain.

"I don't like the way you're suffering Erica, why can't they see you're good, please turn into our kind." Rosa pleaded with soft eyes.

At the mention of "Turn into our kind." I got instantly mad.

My face became rigid as I stared at Rosa in disgust.

"What did you say?" I asked with a discontent voice.

"Please be one of us, we can't watch you live like this." Linda added in a pleaded voice .

"You're asking me to turn into blood sucking leashes, like you. You want me to live as a demon?" I asked angrily.

"Please don't take it like that. A lot of your kind turned into vampires to survive, please consider this." Linda told me searching my eyes for approval.

"There's nothing to consider. I prefer to die as a human than to live as a forbidden species like you two." I told them as they stared at me with a hurt expression.

"Erica don't get annoyed, it was only a suggestion," Rosa said to calm me down but I refused.

Instead I got up from the grass and stared at them sternly.

"Keep your suggestion to yourself. I don't need it. I will never be your kind. It's all your kind that's p making me suffer all this and I'll proudly die a human."
"You know what? You two should stay away from me. I don't want to be around any of you." I told them as I turned to leave.

"Erica we're sorry." They pleaded but I kept deaf ears.

There's nothing to plead about.

I should be one of them? How unspeakable.

Their kind are my enemies and will forever be.
Being their kinds will render my revenge worthless.

Instead I'll be an enemy to my own family.
My family, my people will be disappointed.

As much as I hate their kind, why do they have to persuade me to be one of them.
It will never happen. Never will it happen.
