Subordinate Todoroki who's usually a popular guy in his early 30s

Bakugou's lover who lives with him is having an affair with a woman, and he suddenly told him to break up with him because he's getting married with her

Bakugou wandered outside for a while, and it was already quite late but he still don't want to go back to that house. Fortunately, he had his wallet and cell phone with him, and since tomorrow was a holiday, he decided to rent a hotel room and have a burnt-out drink. He stopped by a nearby convenience store and was shoving a large amount of sake (Japanese alcohol) into a basket when he heard a voice from a little distance away saying, "Oh?" He looked up to see his subordinate, whom he sees every weekday

While drinking, he lashed out at his lover, but for whatever reason, the time they spent together so far, he was really happy, though in reality, he's sad and heartbroken

Todoroki thinks it's cute how Bakugou started crying while spewing out all sorts of things

If Bakugou's lover later asked him to get back together with him or something, he'll probably waver

He started to cry in front of Todoroki

'At my age, what the hell am I doing in front of my subordinate...'

While Bakugou was disappointed with himself, Todoroki, who had a secret crush on him, but had given up because he somehow sensed that he had a lover, suddenly pulled him by the arm and pushed him down. He looked hesitant to say something, but managed to squeeze it out, "Can't I be the replacement...?"

But Bakugou's not so naive as to fall in love with him there
"What are you doing, you drunken bastard?"

'He's probably straight to begin with, and I've never had my eye on him, though I thought he had a nice face, so stop being sympathetic'

Bakugou doesn't think he's going to fall for Todoroki that far either because it's actually a huge heartbreak for him

He lightly kicks Todoroki, telling him to get out of the way, but Todoroki, who's upset but doesn't feel offended at all, has no intention of getting out of the way

"It's not about sympathy... or anything like that"
"Well, you're breaking up with your lover, right?"

'What's with this guy?'

Bakugou mutters, "I don't know, I think so" and Todoroki squints his eyes as he watches. This time, he grabbed Bakugou's right hand, bringing it in front of him, and while looking at the simply designed ring that fits in his hand, he said, "This is the one you got from that guy, right?"

Actually, it was a pair that his boyfriend gave him, and Todoroki noticed that he wore them all the time when he worked

'This guy noticed it?'

Bakugou frowns a little and the moment he said, "It's got nothing to do with you" Todoroki's grip on his hand tightened

"Hey!"

Todoroki ignored him & took off the ring, saying, "If you're breaking up with him, you don't need this anymore, do you?"

Bakugou had a surprised look on his face when Todoroki took off his ring without his permission and raised his voice, saying, "...Hah? Why the hell did you just take off my ring!?"

But Todoroki didn't try to respond at all. He lowered his voice and said, "Why?" "You still love him even after he did such a terrible thing to you?"

When Bakugou went completely silent, wrinkling his eyebrows, Todoroki's face, which usually doesn't change much, suddenly contorted and said, "Hey, please don't go back... please..." While making a voice that seems to be squeezed out, he hugged Bakugou as if he was begging

'This guy is completely drunk. Was he always like this?'

Bakugou simply dismissed it as drunken nonsense and patted Todoroki on the back as if to soothe him, as he clung to him
