I've been a good boy/holy night

Under the light of the desk lamp, I clutch a bright red crayon. Dyeing the white construction paper red, these are my boots. If I leave them under my pillow, will Santa bring me a present?
I've been a good boy.

Hey, please.  Please cheer up my mother.

The whole city starts to sparkle and shine, the songs we hear every year can be heard from everywhere.
The year-end and New Year holidays are full of various events, so naturally it's a busy time for Pro Heroes as well.  In fact, Katsuki and I haven't had a day off in the past week, and we haven't been able to go home except once to get a change of clothes.

I don't want to be selfish and say that I want to spend Christmas alone with him, but I would like to see his face at least. We have been so busy since the fall that we haven't seen each other properly.
I wonder if I prayed to God, he would appear in front of me. I don't have enough lovers to the extent that I think about such foolish things. Well, at this time of year, would it be better to ask Santa Claus? I don't know if adults can receive presents, though.

I feel like I received a Christmas present when I was really little. When I woke up in the morning, there was a beautifully wrapped box next to my pillow, so I jumped with joy. I can't believe my father would do something like that, so my mother must have prepared it for me. After that incident, no matter how much I wished for Santa Claus, there was never a present left by my bedside.
Still, every Christmas, I drew boots on a piece of paper with red crayon and displayed it next to my pillow.

"I hope my mother gets well."

I don't need anything. I just wished for my loved ones to be well. It didn't come true for a long time, but it is true that I thought that Santa Claus would surely do it.

Even now, I only have one wish.
I pray for my loved one, Katsuki, to be as healthy and energetic as he is.

"I want to see him."

After muttering to myself, I took a deep breath to drown out my loneliness. Then, I stretched my tired and stiff body to loosen it up. Stay strong. There's still a lot of work to do.

As I was about to step back out of the shadows of the buildings into the hustle and bustle of the city, I couldn't help but buy something that caught my eye at a store decorated with Christmas decorations.
Is it a Christmas tree ornament? They are small red boots that fit in the palm of your hand. What I drew on drawing paper when I was a child has now become a three-dimensional object in the palm of my hand.

"Too bad it's not by my bedside."

I put the cologne in my breast pocket and ran out into the city this time.
If I'm a good boy, Santa Claus might make it happen. That's what I was thinking.

Bakugou's P.O.V.

At a large shopping mall where I was guarding, I saw what appeared to be parents quietly carrying large boxes of gifts here and there. It's not easy being a Santa Claus these days; you can't buy gifts with your children, and they have to find out what they want.
When I was little, I think my parents invited me to write a letter to Santa Claus asking what I wanted. Looking back, I wonder if that was how they searched for what I wanted. I was a simple child, so it must have been a bit of a hassle. Well, even without the letter, I would have been overjoyed to receive basically any All Might goods.

When I went out from inside the building to the terrace outside, I found a sea of lights with illuminations. People walking in the glittering, shiny city seemed to have somewhat gentle expressions on their faces.

As I continued walking, I saw a tree in the corner of the garden with red and white as the main colors, just like someone else's, and I secretly pointed my phone at it. I'm at work right now, but excuse me for a while.

"Naive."

I sent him a picture I had just taken with those words, and within seconds I received a stamp of a very happy cat, so I laughed and said, "Do your job!''
Under this starry sky, Shoto is also guarding somewhere. Even though we are far apart, the sky is connected and at that thought, my heart warms just a little.

As I was about to put my phone in my pocket, I noticed that the messages kept coming and tapped the screen.

"Even if the day changes, Christmas will continue until I see Katsuki."

I couldn't help but bend down and laugh when I saw the smug look on my lover's face along with the red boots. What's with that face? Did he take a selfie? His nostrils are inflated and he looks stupid.

"I'll laugh so hard in front of you when we meet, so you better come home properly."

I press my lips to the cold screen of my smartphone and tuck it away in my pocket this time. My cheeks were a little warm, probably because I had done something out of character.
