　Not Bakugou's.
　The words were spoken all too naturally on the birthday of Shouto Todoroki, the big man who was now staring at Bakugou with nervous, expectant eyes.

"Bakugou, I like you."

　Winter break is over, and the members of Class A, who had gone back to their respective parents' homes, return to the dormitory.
　Todoroki celebrated his birthday in mid-January, when the third and final term of his second year began. Surrounding the large cake that Satou and the girls had made, they served cold soba with various condiments and sauces, and Todoroki happily said, "Thank you for the cold soba even though it's winter," and everyone was laughing. 　Ever since they failed the Hero Provisional License Exam in their first year and went to supplementary classes together, Todoroki had started to care about Bakugou.
　Even though he didn't seem to care about Bakugou at all, Todoroki obediently started showing affection and interest in Bakugou, to the point that his complicated feelings didn't matter. Considering the circumstances at home, Bakugou could tell that Todoroki was in the midst of rebuilding his relationships with those around him and his human emotions, and he found Todoroki's straightforward gaze surprisingly comforting.
　In fact, there were actually a number of similarities between them, such as how they only spoke what they thought, how they were quick-witted and the fact that they felt more responsible for their own actions more than necessary and fretted over them. 　When Bakugou told him that they should be dating, Todoroki's goofy face turned bright red and he replied enthusiastically, "We are going to date, we are definitely going to date." Seeing that made Bakugou feel so good that he realized that he really liked Todoroki too.

　Indeed, since they started dating, that is, since they confirmed to each other that they like each other, Todoroki and Bakugou have been spending much more time together than before. 　They didn't make much of a fuss or make fun of them, they just watched with a smile on their faces as the two of them, who looked like they were skillful but were clumsier than anyone else, were sincere and loved each other.
