My Valentine

The Coffee Shop

We woke up at 7 a.m.. We got ready for school earlier because we were at Alice's house and her house was a little far away from the school. We had such an amazing night. It was so fun but it was time for another week of school.
We arrived at almost 9 o'clock because our classes started at 9:20 and we still needed to go to the school library. We almost got late for class but hopefully we arrived at the exact moment the teacher appeared. We were having maths and as always Kevin was sitting next to me
- Hey, Emy!!!- he said smiling.
- Hi Kev!!! How are you?- he started laughing.
- You have been with me all day, I think you know how I am.- I felt stupid, I didn't even though about that.
- Well... how is your crush then??
- How do you feel today?
- I'm feeling great, but answer to what I asked.
- She's great.
- How do you know that?
- She just told me.
- But it's only you and me here, the others already left.
- Yeah, funny, don't you think so?
- Ohh... I know what you are saying.
- Finally, you noticed!!!
- Of course I did!!! She sent you a message saying that.
- Omg, you really found out!!!- he was being clearly sarcastic, weird.
The class had ended at like 10 minutes ago and we were still there, just talking. I like to talk to Kevin, he is very fun. He was holding a new book with him, he is so obsessed with books as I am with music. This time he was reading "The Upside of Falling", I already heard about that book, I've never read it because I hate romance books and that book it's very romantic, that's just Kevin's vibe. I know I hate love, but I think I could date a person if it was like Kevin, funny, sweet, a good person with a good style and good music taste. I think I could considerate date a person in that way, even though found someone like that is hard. Only Kevin himself but he already has a crush, even though she looks very weird but who am I to judge.
We had the rest of the classes and then we went to the coffee shop as we had agreed yesterday. It was a coffee shop near the city park, it was a nice place with a good view. I really like to go there with my friends and family.
I was waiting with Kevin when Ashley and Alice appeared. We were all together so we ordered the same thing as always, 4 coffees. We were all talking and laughing but I felt like something happened with Ashley
- Ashley, is everything ok?- I said worried.
- Yeah, actually better than always!!!
- Omggg, what happened, Ashley?- Alice asked.
- Well, I think this is a great place to tell you guys... I have a boyfriend!!!- we were all chocked.
- Omggg, we are so happy for youuu!!!- We all said the same time.
- Who is him??
- His name is Josh and he's from another school, we met because we have Japanese classes together.
- Oh my god, I'm so happy for you!!!- said Alice smiling.
- You deserve everything good, even though I still think that being a single, independent women it's way better than have a boyfriend.- she started laughing.
- Well, I think we could make a karaoke party at my house, maybe tomorrow, we go home earlier because we don't have science. You can invite Josh if you want Ash.
- That's an amazing idea Kev!!!- I said
- Thank you so much Kevin, I thing he will love the idea!!!
We spent like 2 hours on the coffee shop and it was getting late so we went home.
Kevin took me home because he was afraid that someone would hurt me, he's a nice person.
When I went home I spent hours trying to make new songs and when I was looking at my box of random things I realized that the song Kevin wrote was there, I had forgotten what the song said so I read it again. It was a very lovely song. One of those kind of cute songs that I hate, not because it's bad but because it's too lovely and sweet. He was really in love with that girl, and even though I helped him writing that were his feelings, not mine. Oh god, talking so much about love was making me feel weird, so I put Crush Culture on repeat. Best song to describe what I was feeling.
I layed on my bed while listening to music for hours, it always makes me feel better.
I was so sleepy that suddenly my eyes closed and I slept. I felt so amazing today, I wish all days were like this one. Tomorrow it's the karaoke party, I'm sure I'll have a lot of fun with my friends, I always have. So I slept while dreaming about that, that made me feel more happy than I was. Days like these turn into good memories that I will save forever in my head and in my heart.
