Tom Riddle walked into the Slytherin common room with a confident stride. He had just acquired the most important tool he needed to carry out his plan. The Invisibility Cloak was now in his possession, and he couldn't wait to put it to use.

Flint, who was sitting by the fire, noticed Tom's arrival and raised an eyebrow in question.

"Tom, what brings you here with such a triumphant expression on your face?" Flint asked, looking up from his book.

Tom took a seat next to Flint and replied, "I have managed to obtain an Invisibility Cloak. With this, I can now move around undetected and complete my mission."

Flint's curiosity piqued, "And what mission might that be?"

Tom hesitated for a moment, weighing the consequences of sharing his plan with Flint. He ultimately decided that he needed a trusted ally and confidant for his mission to succeed.

"I plan to retrieve the Diadem of Ravenclaw. It's said to be one of the most powerful magical artifacts in history. With it, I can become more powerful than anyone could ever imagine," Tom revealed.

Flint nodded thoughtfully. "It's a risky move, Tom. Breaking into the Hogwarts library and getting your hands on the information about the diadem is one thing, but actually getting to it is another. What's your plan?"

Tom leaned in and spoke in a low whisper, "I'll use the cloak to move around undetected. I'll use the knowledge I gained from the library to figure out where the Diadem is hidden. And then, I'll take it."

Flint gave him a small smile, "You've thought this through, I see."

Tom nodded, "I have. And with the exams coming up, everyone's going to be too busy studying to notice anything unusual going on."

Flint let out a low chuckle, "You really are something else, Tom. Good luck with your mission."

Tom gave a small nod and got up, tucking the Invisibility Cloak under his arm. "Thanks, Flint. I'll see you later."

As Tom walked away, Flint couldn't help but feel a sense of admiration for his fellow Slytherin. He may not have agreed with all of Tom's methods, but there was no denying his intelligence and determination. And who knows, perhaps with the Diadem of Ravenclaw, Tom could become the greatest wizard of all time.

Tom Riddle was walking through the Hogwarts grounds, his mind preoccupied with thoughts of the upcoming graduation ceremony and his final exams. As he passed by a group of students, he spotted Myrtle Warren, also known as Moaning Myrtle, standing alone by a tree.

Tom decided to approach her, hoping to gather some information about an invisibility cloak that he had heard about. He had a feeling that Myrtle would know something about it, as she seemed to spend most of her time lurking around the school and listening in on other people's conversations.

"Excuse me, Myrtle," Tom said, coming to a stop in front of her. "I was wondering if you could help me with something."

Myrtle looked up at Tom, her eyes widening slightly. "What do you want?" she asked in a whiny voice.

"I was hoping you could tell me about an invisibility cloak," Tom said, trying to sound casual.

Myrtle's eyes narrowed suspiciously. "What do you want to know for?"

Tom hesitated for a moment, considering his options. He didn't want to reveal his true motives, but he also didn't want to risk losing Myrtle's cooperation. In the end, he decided to take a chance.

"I'm interested in obtaining one," he said, keeping his voice low.

Myrtle's expression softened slightly. "Oh, I see," she said. "Well, I don't know much about them myself, but I do know someone who might be able to help you."

"Who?" Tom asked eagerly.

"Olive Hornby," Myrtle said. "She's a Ravenclaw student, a year above me. I heard her talking about an invisibility cloak once. Maybe you could try asking her."

Tom nodded, thanking Myrtle for the information. As he walked away, he couldn't help but feel a sense of excitement. He was one step closer to obtaining the cloak he needed to complete his plan.

Tom Riddle had been searching for any information he could find on the Diadem of Ravenclaw, and one name kept popping up: Olive Hornby. She was the ghost haunting the girls' bathroom on the second floor, and she had been a student at Hogwarts during the time of the mysterious disappearance of the Diadem.

Tom decided to approach her one evening as she was moaning and wailing in the bathroom. He stepped cautiously towards her, not wanting to startle her.

"Excuse me, Olive," he said softly. "I was hoping to ask you something."

She turned to face him, her eyes wide and filled with fear. "What do you want?" she asked, her voice trembling.

"I was hoping you could tell me about the Diadem of Ravenclaw," Tom said.

Olive's eyes narrowed. "What do you want to know?" she asked suspiciously.

"I've heard that you were at Hogwarts when the Diadem went missing," Tom said. "I was hoping you could tell me anything you remember about it."

Olive let out a deep sigh. "I remember very little," she said. "But I do remember one thing. I remember a boy who was always asking about it."

Tom leaned in closer. "What boy?" he asked eagerly.

"His name was... Riddle, I think," Olive said. "Tom Riddle."

Tom's heart skipped a beat. "That's my name," he said, trying to keep his voice steady.

Olive looked at him, a spark of recognition in her eyes. "Yes, I remember now," she said. "You were always asking about the Diadem. Why do you want to know about it?"

Tom hesitated for a moment before answering. "I believe it has great power," he said. "And I want to use that power to achieve great things."

Olive looked at him skeptically. "And what kind of things would those be?" she asked.

Tom smiled. "Big things, Olive," he said. "Very big things."

Olive's eyes widened in fear. "I don't want anything to do with that," she said, and with a loud wail, she vanished into thin air, leaving Tom alone in the bathroom.
