Chapter 9; Playoffs Round 2

Then, the next day I watched Carolina at Tampa Bay.

Tampa lost 7-0 and I wondered how. Then I spotted Lecavalier wasn't out on the ice due to injury.

Carolina tied the series!

I hung out with my family and Andrew Ladd tonight. One of my daughters went crazy when she saw Andrew. He giggled at it because he was happy to see her too!

We played video games, watched movies and played board games. We played Twister... I won 2 out of the 4 times. I'm pretty good at it.

Then we watched Anaheim at Dallas. Dallas won 4-1 which made them be winning the series by 2. Jagr got 2 goals. I wish one day, we play together!

The next day, I heard on the news, Andrew Ladd was threatened but the guy was arrested. Ladd said "If his mind was straight, he'd be outside of jail. But he threatened me and is in jail."

Ladd moved on after that! We watched Minnesota vs. Calgary. Minnesota won 2-1 in SO. The series is now tied!

I didn't watch anymore round 2 games after that!

I did hang out with Kane & Ladd a couple of times.

We went bowling, went shopping for food & this new video game about NHL for our kids. It's called NHL Wrist Shot. It's very weird!

We got one for my daughter, 2 for each of their families & 1 for us. We played it... I was in it!

After the next 3 days, I watched hockey again and saw Washington beat Toronto 4-2 which makes Washington lead the series 3-1. Poor maple leafs!

Then me, Ladd, Kane, Burmistrov & Antropov went to Florida. We watched San Antonio Rampage demolish Texas Stars in a playoff game in GAME 1. Yes, we watched it!

Then we went back home, we watched St. John's Ice Caps beat Providence Bruins 4-0 in game 1.

When I went home, I saw my daughters playing NHL 13. I saw that they were playing GM Mode in a year 3. I had an overall of 87. YAY!

The next day, I watched Carolina beat Tampa Bay to make them still in it to win it! Series at 3-2!

Sadly, they lost 8-6 next game and Tampa moved on to the finals of the Eastern Conference along with Washington who won the series 4-1 the day before after a 3-2 win over the Maple Leafs in Overtime!

As of the Western Conference, the conference final is Minnesota against Dallas!

I watched those games with Ladd & Kane.

On the day before Round 3, the team called me to the Winnipeg hockey arena, MTS Centre. I thought it was farther fired but no. They all gave me the puck I shot in the net to score my first goal as a Jet Forward! It was "a gift from the coach".
