Despite the past, Lux's advice, and almost killing him, Jinx was again, friends with Ezreal.

He'd explained himself, said he wanted to friends as long as his asshole friends didn't catch wind. And of course, a big soppy apology.

  Also, that he was in therapy and was getting help. In her experience, therapy wasn't shit. But she also missed almost every appointment.

It didn't really make up, but Jinx had already blocked out most of that night in the freezer.

But forget and forgive right? It was fine if it was switched the other way.

Anyways, he was fine after the whole almost accidentally killing him. Of course the media was really stirred up about it, but it ended with it being released that his cause of hospitalisation was nothing but a fall.

So, good terms again. Both ways.

Along with spending time with him, she was hanging out with Taliyah, Zeri, and even Seraphine sometimes. Ekko too, though that was just over the phone.

It had been a long while since she saw Ekko, but they'd made plans to meet up next time she was in America, no matter what the situation. It would probably be for some dumb party, but she could make him her plus one or something.

Besides that, Lux.

The past three months, they'd kind of butted heads a few times. After their parties, they were kind of at a weird point. They still didn't get along, but in a way they did?

Jinx didn't really get it, but it worked.

Nothing much had happened since October. There was holiday breaks and everything, giving Jinx some time to herself. She texted Lux once or twice, just random things she thought up that were too mean to send to her friends.

   It was weird, she kind of wanted to hang out with Lux. But not in a friendly way. More of like they had similar interests, and could hate things together. But not in a good way. She still hated her.

So Jinx made a plan.
Hang out with Lux, in the most unfriendly way possible.

To do that, she'd be doing a lot of lying. She hated liars, and lying, but she didn't particularly care what Lux thought of her.

A movie. A horror movie. She knew Lux didn't like horror, or at least the media thought that, and she was going to trust it. She'd lie and say it was legally blonde or something. Unfortunately that would mean setting back her call with Cassandra, but it would work out.
