"I tought I couldn't love anymore... turns out I can't, but not for the same reasons as before..."

"I mean... you had every right to stop him from going..." I was wrapped in so many pheromones of different omegas... if you could smell them, you wouldn't let me even talk to him." Minho said scratching the back of his head.

"That's why I believed jisung back then. He's an omega... he will always know better when it comes to alphas. It's not like I can scent it." Felix laughed awkwardly.

"How did you two got together?" Jisung asked all of a sudden. "I mean... you are beta, right? And changbin is alpha... how do you even work together... I've been wondering about this..." jisung asked.

"You see... there are no pheromones that draw us together... there's a pure love that makes us love one another." Changbin decided to answer for felix.

"I was the same as minho... but thats sadly what alphas usually go through. State in which they are sexualy more active. They want to attract as many omegas as possible to be viewed and valued by others. Alphas need to look strong to be considered good for omegas."

Changbin paused. "But it is the worst possible phase of alphas... I hurt the person that I deeply care about... I can't ever express how deeply sorry and ashamed I am of who I was back then..." changbin said lowering his gaze.

Felix touched his hand softly patting it. "I already forgave you four years ago." Felix said cuddling close to changbin.

Jisung was observing them closely. He straighten his back and shifted closer to minho. Minho didn't noticed it so he was just casually minding his business.

"So... you two... slept together..." jisung said quietly.

Felix got little bit surprised. "Y-yeah..." he answered getting all red.

"I'm guessing it doesn't work the same..." jisung said.

"You see,..." minho decided to help felix answer the question even tho he knows barely anything about it. "... when alpha gets in their rut, like once in 2 months, it's the only time omegas can get pregnant, but you already know that. When alpha is in a rut, which can be triggered by omegas heat as well, they get urge to just rail everything and anything. It's as if you turned the lights off. When alphas and omegas are mating, in rut, alpha releases knot into omega, which causes them to be locked inside omega for a short amount of time to 'breed' the omega..." minho looked at felix.

"...its different with betas. Our body is not ment to take in alphas knot. When we do, numerous versions of pain strike through our body making it bleed after the knot deflates." Felix said looking at the ground.

"But to me... I don't mind... I don't mind going through this. I need to feel something too... I can't live with the feeling of not being enough for changbin... and even tho I'll always be good enough for him even without doing this, I wouldn't be good enough for myself." Felix said with sad smile.

Felix cuddled into changbins side and smiled softly. "Changbin is always worried for me. Always helping me afterwards... its the least I can do for him... to be with him in his rut..." felixs smile faded. "But the sad reality is... that not like omegas... betas won't ever pleasure alpha in their rut... betas are not releasing calming pheromones... they know that you can't get pregnant, but they still want to breed you... but they can't so they don't feel like they're enough... they'll start crying and pleading... its something that nothing can prepare you for... deep inside... alphas are as fragile as omegas... they are just stronger because of them... for them."

Jisung had the biggest urge to just go and comfort felix. Even tho he didn't remember him at all, his instincts told him to.

"Come here." Jisung said opening his arms.

Felix quickly hugged him. He was really happy to have jisung by his side again.

Without realizing, jisung started releasing calming pheromones while sensing, that felix was sad.

Minho and changbin looked at each other. "Jisungie, your pheromones..." minho said when his smile got bigger.

"What? Is something wrong?" He asked confused.

"You are releasing comforting pheromones. And they are getting stronger..." minho said all excited.

"How?"

"You saw felix being sad, so your body wanted to comfort him... so it automatically released pheromones. You don't know how excited I am." Minho said getting up and hugging jisung.

Jisung blushed. Minhos touch felt warm and most importantly safe. "But that means that your heat can come soon as well... when your body is capable of all of a sudden releasing too much pheromones, it can lead to a unbalanced heat cycle. It happened to me with my rut when I lost your pheromones." Minho said.

"What should I do... I- I've never done it... how do you do it..." jisung started panicking.

"Shh... don't worry. I'm gonna ask hyunjin, if his boyfriend could come and help you in your heat. He's really nice and he loves him." Minho said smiling while he patted his head.

"Aren't you going to be with me in my heat?" Jisung asked with confused look.

"Its better if someone else's going to be with you in your 'first' heat. He'll tell you what to do and stuff. I know barely anything about it." Minho said patting his head.

"How do I know that it's coming?" Jisung looked nervous.

"Just don't stress... ok? You'll know right away."
