'and that's basically why he is like put enemy'

Most of them looked shocked other than Andreas and lily. Even 97679 was shocked. She looked a bit mad too. She looked as if she wanted to punch someone. I knew why she did. Then she calmed down. Then they all left but I held 97679 back again.

'97679'
'Why do you keep holding me back? What am I doing wrong!'
'calm down...you're not doing anything wrong. I held you back because I'm worried. You looked mad. Why?'
'I haven't...*sigh* I haven't been feeling myself lately...'
'do you know why?'
'it's because I miss my friends...I miss everyone at the orphanage...I miss going to school and seeing the smile on my friends faces when I spent time with them!'

She covered her face and started to sob. I bent down to her level and hugged her.

'hey...don't cry...its alright...this will be over soon...no matter what happens, everything will be okay...'

She hugged me and sobbed for a long time. Afterwards, she let go of me. Then we heard sorry playing. 97679 looked down and it was her phone. She picked it up and awnsered it.

'summer!youre okay!yeah,yeah it's true, were at ___________,see ya!'
'who was that?'
'my other walker friend...hwr ID is 97859.'

She then ran out and I followed her. She was grabbing her bike.

'where are you going? What are you doing?'
'I'm finding her...its too dangerous for her to be alone out there. And what if she gets attacked or kidnapped by red nexus? I ain't gonna let that happen to my best friend'
'alright, just be careful'

She then removed her mask.

'if I have my mask on, I'll be more likely to be recognised by them,they don't know what I look like with it off'
'you know, You always keep your mask on. I've only seen you with it off once'
'well,thats because I feel more comfortable with it on'
'oh,alright...'

She then got on her bike and left. She waved to me and I waved back. I had no idea when she would be back or if she would even come back.

~3 Days later~

//Alans P.O.V//

3 days. 3 days ago was when 97679 had left. She had no way to tell us what had happened or if she was okay. Then something spread that she was infected.

'she's what!'
'apparently #100202 saw her with her eyes like the infected just yesterday'
'well...what the f*ck are we gonna tell Aaron!?'
'I don't know...he'll find out eventually'

Then I heard a familiar voice.

'I'M BACK'

I got up and ran to where the voice was coming from. It was her. The rumours were all a lie.

'W...what! I though you were infected!'
'you really think I would let this community down! Of course not! You guys are the reason im still here. And anyway, I can't leave you all behind like that'

She then looked at me.

'and I can't let you down'

I then noticed her face was covered in scratches and she wasn't moving her left arm.

'what happened to you?'
'I fell off my bike and landed on my arm whilst defending myself against the infected. I'm fine though'
'are you sure? You haven't moved your left arm at all'
'it hurts that's why'
'when did you fall off your bike?'
'literally on my way back here'

Then a random girl appeared behind her.

'are you okay faith? I saw what happened'
'I'm fine 76267'

Then the one 97679 called 76267 looked at me.

'wait- you were telling the truth!'
'yep. That's alan himself. The one who brought the remaining lot of us together. You can introduce youserlf to everyone once you've got your stuff into my place'
'okay'

They both then walked off to 97679s house.

//97679's P.O.V//

I walked back to the house with 76267 and told them they Would be staying with 97414. I told them I was gonna go see the nurse about my injuries and I left. My arm ached like hell and my head was in pain.
After an hour, I had my arm on a cast and It turns out I had just sprained my wrist. I would be fine in a week. I decided to head to the communal gardens and sit there for a while. Summer was introducing herself to everyone. I walked to where Alan and lily were.

'I'm back'
'so what happened to your wrist? Did you break it?'
'no, it's just sprained'
'but,you can't move it. Does that mean you can't use your powers?'
'you'll have to wait and see'

//Alans P.O.V//

I was confused by what she said but I decided not to keep thinking about it. I looked at my phone and looked at the time. 6PM. It was time for everyone to settle down. Once 76267 had introduced themself, they went woth 97679 and 97414. Me and lily went back to the house and Andreas was laid on the couch,asleep. Lily went and woke him and we all decided to go to bed early. Lily had been researching and testing the AV-8's. I had to explain who Ethan was. Andreas has been helping lily with the research and taking notes for her. So the 3 of us were pretty tired. I laid there and drifted off to sleep.
