"THERE'S PABLO (GAVI) HE'S BASICALLY THE LEADER OF HIS FRIEND GROUP" y/n explained looking at her best friend as he was walking up the school bleachers to sit in front of y/n's friend group
"y/n and pablo are a thing they just won't say anything about it" alix explained to the newest girl in their friend group
y/n smiled and shook her head, "no we aren't, we're friends"
"who's friends?" pablo asked as he sat in front of her, he leaned back so the back of his head touched y/n's knee
"me and julian" alix said covering once again for y/n, pablo smiled at y/n and handed her something
it was 20 dollars, "because i ruined your shirt" everyone looked at them confused, "i spilt coffee on her shirt the other day and i tried cleaning it but i couldn't get the stain out"
pablo looked at the girl next to y/n, "i've never seen you are you new?" he asked, she nodded getting nervous under his attention
for the next 30 minutes pablo and this new girl, sophie talked for what felt like forever
y/n sat there extremely annoyed by his behavior, she knew what he was doing and it was working

y/n and pablo have been best friends for years but to be exact it's been 13 years, over time feelings have grown but it was never verbal it was more just known
if someone asked "are you two dating?" the answer would be no, but they both secretly wished it was a yes
pablo has a tendency to get jealous and than flirts with other girls to make y/n jealous but all it did was make her mad and like him less
not really what he was going for, he wanted to ask y/n out and date her than marry her and spend the rest of his life with her but he was scared that what if he was wrong

but the other night, when y/n and pablo's friend group were at a party pablo saw y/n talking to a guy but this wasn't just any guy
this guy knew pablo liked y/n but didn't care, he was also pablo's ex best friend, pedri
pedri and y/n flirted and talked and laughed like there was no tomorrow, "stop staring at them you look creepy as hell" ansu said looking at how pablo looked like he was going to be sick just by the sight of y/n talking to another guy
