"He's outside."

I watch as Reo stands up from his seat and opens up the door. He walks out and it seems to be like he's talking to someone. Soon, he walks in and not a second after, an unfamiliar person follows.

I take in his appearance and the first thing I noticed was his unnecessarily tall height. I don't understand tall people and I never will. Because like, can't you just donate to the vertically challenged people, please?

What I also don't understand is that, did Reo forget about him? Like he just lounged in the student council room casually eating chocolate while his friend was outside waiting? What?

Deciding to voice out my concerns, I ask, "Did you just leave him outside to wait?"

"Well... kind of.." He rubs his neck sheepishly. "But! Don't worry! He was sitting at the staircase playing games on his phone. I'm sure he doesn't mind, right Nagi?"

The said boy simply hums before finally taking his eyes off the screen to look at who Reo has been talking to all this time. Now I get to really take in his appearance.

He had messy, disheveled white hair that seemed to have been overgrown. Long bangs that were situated near his gray eyes, almost poking them. 'How he doesn't get annoyed by them is beyond me' I thought. He had a lean and, as mentioned before, tall physique. Which was quite surprising to be honest, with how Reo described him as lazy. Now I'm stuck here being envious at how someone could have such a good physique without even trying hard. I get even more envious at the sight of his clear skin. Literally how. And that sharp ass jawline too. I've never been so attracted yet envious at someone before until now.

Why does he look unfamiliar yet so familiar at the same time? Ah right. I've seen him before. I've never really interacted with him but he's exactly as how Reo described him. I always see him crouched down and playing video games which never made me notice how tall this dude actually is. Crazy. Man, how I wish I had that much freedom and nonchalance. Curse these responsibilities.

I clear my throat as I distract myself from the thoughts.

"Nice to meet you Nagi, the name's (Y/n)." I smile at him.

Still having a blank look on his face, he replied, "You too." before looking down at his phone again.

Ah shit. This is what I was talking about when I said I won't know to get along with him. This is all your fault Reo. I sulked.

Reo barks out a laugh. "See? You two are getting along quite well!"

I dont know if he's saying that to lighten up the mood or if he's saying that because he's delulu. Either way, Im done with him.

"Well, I'll see you two more often then. But not now. Out." I shoo them out the student council room before I begrudgingly march my way back to the desk.

8:59A.M.

I can't believe everyone in this school describes her as gentle. Gentle my ass. I huff pettily before I walk towards my class, with Nagi in tow. As we sit down in our seats, I turn to the boy beside me who looked like he would fall asleep at any moment. Before he could do just that, I excitedly ask, "So, what do you think about her Nagi?"

It was nice knowing that two of my special someones know each other.

The boy crossed his arms on the desk before laying his head comfortably on them. A bored look on his face, he says, "She's blunt."

I let out a quiet chuckle to avoid scolding from the teacher in front. "Yeah, she's blunt like that. She says things that come in mind and it may come off as mean, but she's nice I promise!" I smile.

Nagi hums before fully closing his eyes and easily falling asleep. I decide to tune out the teacher's voice before looking to the side. The window beside me giving me a clear view of the soccer field.

A sudden realization rushes through me. 'Ah. I should invite (Y/n) to our practice later.' Taking note of the thought, I turn my attention towards the teacher.

11:48A.M.

'Finally.'

I get up from my seat and stretch a bit before heading towards the cafeteria. After hours of long lectures and jotting down notes, it's finally lunch.

I take a seat after picking out the food I'll eat today. Before I could take a bite, a very familiar someone with a very familiar voice calls out from behind me.

"What do you want, Reo?" I ask tiredly.

"Just wanted to tell you that you should come to our practice later. So that you can see how well we play." I can almost feel the pride oozing out of his words

I snort, "I doubt."

He pouts before replying, "So mean."

"Anyways, I can't go. I'm busy."

"But (Y/n)! Just this once. Please?"

Knowing him, this probably isn't a 'just once' thing. I try to reason with him that I can't because of the amount of work I have to do. He continues to try and persuade me, with slight minor tantrums about how I haven't been spending time with him like before. I sigh before deciding that I should at least show that I'm happy for him.

"Fine."

He shoots me a wide smile that was close to that of a cheshire cat's. It was kinda creepy actually. But whatever makes him happy I guess.

"See you then, (Y/n)!" He shouts before waving and running off to god knows where.

I shrug before taking a bite of my food. 'Oh well, I guess I'll have to cancel some plans.'
