11:53A.M.The next day was the same. (Y/n) on the verge of crying, Reo pestering her, and Nagi lazing around. Now, the trio was hanging out at the grassy field behind the school; seated underneath a tree, the shade of it's leaves blocking out the harsh sunlight.
They had just finished eating their lunch and agreed to hang out by the field. Letting the silence engulf them, they bask in each other's presence.
That is, until Reo decides to break the comfortable silence.
"Hey guys, I'll go get something from the classroom real quick, alright?"
"Huh?" The girl turns to look at him, caught a bit guard. "Oh, yeah sure."
Reo takes his leave shortly after her reply, leaving the two alone.

Help.
So, you know that awkward silence when a mutual friend leaves? Yeah. That.
It's so awkward that it's suffocating.
There is absolutely nothing that I have in common with this boy beside me. Well, not until I hear the familiar intro tune of my favorite childhood video game. Nostalgia hitting my senses, I whip my head to look at Nagi.
Assuming he saw me from his peripheral vision, he looks up at me. "You know this game?"
With widened eyes, I nod enthusiastically. "Yeah! I used to play that before." I say, grinning.
"Wanna play?"
After hearing his words, I smile. "Yeah, sure. I'll reinstall it first though, I deleted it because it was distracting me."
Being part of an elite family has it's fair share of cons. Like how your parents would force you to do these repetitive, tedious, monotonous lessons; and how they'd force you to excel at it. The countless piano, ballet, violin, foreign language lessons weren't that bad, but they were boring. Causing me to find something else to entertain myself. Which led me to find this game; it being the thing consuming my time.
Safe to say my parents weren't impressed. Which is why I no longer play it. So after hearing Nagi playing the said game, I had no choice but to react gleefully. 'God, it's been so long.'
Taking out my phone, I click the familiar icon of the game that I grew to love before clicking the download button. Surprisingly, I still remember my old password. How? I don't know. Probably the gods above who saw my suffering from not having a common interest with the boy.
After sharing my id with Nagi, I sheepishly explain to him that the reason I'm at a low rank is because of how busy I've been, to which he responds with, "Well, I'll help you rank up then."
We continue playing until Reo comes back. The grape head shows an expression one would describe as pure shock and surprise.
"Oh. Hey Reo." Nagi greets upon seeing the boy approach them. Looking down on his phone once again to continue playing.
"Hey, who knew you guys would get along." Reo chuckles. Yeah. Who knew? Especially knowing both of us are complete opposites.
I reply, still looking down at my phone, "We're playing a video game that I used to play. My favorite, remember?"
At that, Reo laughs. "Oh yeah! The one where you wouldn't put your phone down even when you were eating?" He teased.
My eye twitches. I shouldn't have reminded him about that, cause now he's gonna start spouting out embarrassing memories.
"Ah! (Y/n), you should come to our practice later again!"
"Hmm.. sure."
"Pleasee? I- what?" A look of bewilderment could be seen on Reo's features.
He looked like he was afraid of blinking, in fear that everything he heard and saw was just a product of his imagination. I'd laugh if it weren't for how focused I was in the game.
"I said sure. The president told me he can handle the duties himself and told me to take a break." I shrugged.
"Woah," Reo grins, "That's like, a once in ten billion type of thing. (Y/n) not being busy anymore? Rare."
A tick mark appears on my forehead. "You should be thankful you know!"
Too caught up on Reo and I bickering, I didn't notice how Nagi looks up and stares at me, the slightest smile on his face.
