Charlotte's POV:

I woke up to the hum of a shower, and the sweet melodic voice of Wesley. Just as I was getting up off the bed, the bathroom door swung open and Wes waltzed. Into his room in only a towel. I buried my face under the covers in an attempt to hide my blush, but it felt like it could be seen through the blanket.

"Morning beautiful." He smiled.

"Morning." I mumbled from under the duvet.

"You alright there?" He asked, chuckling a bit.

"Yes." I said, pulling myself out from beneath the covers. He had pulled on a pair of boxers, but was still lacking a shirt.

"You hungry?" He asked, throwing me a pair of sweats.

"Yeah." I smiled.

I pulled on the pants and followed him downstairs. I wasn't sure whether to bring up his last comment before falling asleep last night, so I didn't. Instead he did.

"I meant what I said last night." He said very seriously. I dust know what to do, how to feel, so I just looked down, smiling widely. He snake his arm around my waist and lead me to the kitchen where Keats and Laraine were.

"Morning." Wes chirped.

"Morning Wes." Keaton grumbled, still weirded out from earlier this morning.

"Good morning." Larianed said cheerfully.

"Morning." I smiled.

"Morning Charlotte." Keaton grinned.

"What?! She gets a smile an everything?! Come on Baby Keats!" Wes played hurt.

"Well, I pretty sure she didn't put herself on the count-" Keaton was cut off my Wesley throwing a shoe at him. We all laughed, and Cameron came walking down the stairs.

"Morning big bro!" I chirped.

"Morning. Someone's quite chipper today." He mumbled.

"I would be too I did-" Wes threw another shoe at Keaton. If Laraine found out I'm sure she would be mad.

"You know I'm a morning person, Cam." I smiled.

Wes put a hand in my back, leading me to the counter to sit on a barstool.

"I'm making pancakes and sausage guys so I hope you're hungry." Laraine smiled.

"My favorite." I winked at Wesley, and he winked back , clearly remembering last night's truth or dare.

Wesley sat on the stool next to me and wrapped a toned arm around my waist. It never left, even as we ate.

"Thank you Laraine." I said, placing my plate in the sink, and beginning to do the dishes.

"Oh, no, no, no!" She said, turning the water off on me. "You're the guest. Don't worry about these. I got them." She smiled.

"It's no problem really. It's the least I can do to repay you for being so kind and letting me into your house." I smiled.

"Honey just go hang out with the guys. Thank you though." She said, hugging me tight. I hugged back and released to walk to the balcony where the guys were.

"So... You two...?" Keaton trailed of.

"Keats, I'm sorry about lay night." I said. He just started to laugh.

"You need to lighten up kid." Keaton smiled at me.

"It's funny, that's the exact same thing your brother told me." I smiled at Wes. He pulled me over to a patio chair to sit on his lap.

"You walked in on them too?!" Cameron asked.

"Dude! Definitely not how I wanted to see my brother and your sister!" Keaton squealed still laughing.

"Shut up!" I whined, blushing.

"Alright guys, I'm going to show Amy around a bit. I should be back by 6:00." Laraine said, opening the sliding glass doors.

"Okay, bye mom." Wes and Keaton yelled. Me and Cam waved as well.

"So... Who wants to go to the beach?" Wes asked.

"Me!" I yelled, perhaps maybe a little too excited. Wes chuckled as him and Keats went inside to get ready. Cameron and I walked next door to our house for the summer to get our beach stuff. I put on a pink bikini and looked I the mirror dissatisfied. The girls here are twigs, and I'm far from it. I had curves and hips and even live handles. I was disgusted with myself. As I turned around to just put regular clothes on instead, I was greeted by by a perplexed looking Wesley. I reached for my shorts and tank top to change into. As I was walking to the bathroom, Wes grabbed my wrist and spun me around to kiss me passionately.

"Charlie, you're not changing. You look amazing." He whispered into my lips.

"Wes, I look terrible. All the girls here are so small... Then there's me." I looked down.

"Babe, you are perfect. Anyone who can't see that, well, that's their loss. Actually, they're lucky." He smirked.

"I thought you were supposed to make me feel better Wes?" I asked, confused.

"Let me finish. They're lucky because if they went after you I'd beat the shit out of them." He smiled. " I really like you Charlie."

"Wes, I-" I was cut off by Cameron coming in to get us.

As we walked to the beach Wes held my hand the entire time. That or he slung his arm around my waist or shoulders. I was perfectly fine with that.

"Are you ready to meet Drew?" Wes asked, setting up our towels.

"Yeah." I smiled, as I felt a tap on my shoulder. I turned around and saw that the tap had come from the finger of Drew Chadwick.

"Hey, you must be Charlotte." He smiled.

"Hey, yeah. Drew I assume?"

"Yeah it's nice to finally meet you. Wes may have only known you for like 2 days but I already heard so much about you."

"All good I hope?" I asked, looking towards Wes.

"Of course." Drew smiled. "You're absolutely gorgeous." He said.

"Uh... Thanks." I said, smiling and looking to Wesley for reassurance.

"Dude, I call dibs." Wes joked. I slapped his chest playfully.

"I'm not the last Pop-Tart gus!" I giggled.

"Of course not." Wes squeezed my waist and kissed my forehead lightly. The butterflies in my stomach went crazy.

"Don't worry Wes, he too young for me bro." He laughed. I rolled my eyes and we made our way to the ocean water.

After we had hours of beac time, we decide to head back to the house. I grabbed my stuff from Wes's house, then went home for the night, well to my home for the summer. The amazing summer it was turning out to be already.
