Chapter 16: Im Coming Home

Wesley's POV:

I hate this.

I've been cooped up in this small white hospital room for a week today. There's absolutely nothing to do, but Charlie comes to visit everyday, alon with Keats Drew my mom and my sisters. My friends, Rexx, Kenny, and Kyle have stopped by a few times. I wated nothing more than to be out of this room. Well I want Charlie more than anything, but that's besides the point. Just as I was smiling at only the thought of Charlotte, her smiling face, and all her perfection, came waltzing in. She skipped over to me and placed a sweet kiss in my lips.

"Hey babe." I smiled.

"Hey!" She chirped.

"You seem pretty happy today. What's going on?" I asked.

"You're coming home today silly!" She giggled. Her giggle drive me crazy! Just hearing it could brighten my whole mood.

"Oh yeah! I forgot." I chuckled. Just then, she pulled out a black sharpie from her purse. She held out her hand and wiggled her fingers towards herself, insinuating she wanted my broken hand. I gave it to her, knowing what she was doing now. She covered what she was writing, and stuck her tongue out like she always does when she's concentrating. Whe se was finished, she smiled proudly and gave me back my hand. On the light blue cast was written: "I love you! ~Your Extremely Fantabulous Super Cute Girlfriend Charlie! ;)"

I love the way she always capitalizes the first letter of every word. It's just yet another thing that makes her so adorable.

"I love you too babe." I said, bringing he face down to my level on the bed and kissing her lips. She smiled into the kiss, which made me smile in return.

"So you ready to leave?" She asked, pulling away from my kiss.

"I've never wanted anything more. Other than you." I winked at her and she blushe a deep shade of red.

"Well ten lets go!" She cheered, as I stood up from te bed and got the little bit if stuff I had with me together. We signed out at the desk, and walked to Keaton's car.

"I was wondering how you got here Charlie." I chuckled.

"Yeah... Are you going to teach me how to drive?" She asked.

"Once I'm all healed up of course I will. As long as you promise not to kill me. I'm pretty good at putting myself in the hospital." I laughed, while Charlie gave me an are-you-kidding-me? look.

"I'm just joking Charlie." I said sweetly, flashing her my smile I know she cannot resist. Keaton laughed at us, and he seemed to be back to his normal self. I'm gla we could just put this whole kissing thing behind us.

When we got back to my house, I opened the door to about 35 people screaming "Welcome home!" in my face.

"Hey guys. I don't want to be rude, but I just kind of need some rest. I'm sorry." I said sadly, pulling Charlie up to my bedroom. Once inside, I closed and locked the door and soon pinned Charlotte up against it desperately.

"I thought you needed rest?" He giggled.

"I've been resting for a whole week. I need you." I whispered the last part into her ears, blowing a hot breath on her neck and down her back. She squirmed at this.

"There's like 40 people down there Wes! We can't!" She laughed.

"Sure we can." I said, pulling her to the bed with my good arm and laying her down. I laid next to her and she tried to straddle my waist.

"Ouch!" I yelled as she hit my sore wrist.

"I'm so sorry Wes!" She said quickly, getting off of me.

"It's okay babe, but maybe we should wait a while." I laughed, and she nodde in agreement, giggling of course.

"You know when you giggle like that you make it so hard to resist you." I said.

"Like what? Like this?" She asked tauntingly, giggling again.

"Exactly like that." I said, wrapping my arm around her.

Soon I could here little baby snores coming from her, and not but minutes later, I found myself dreaming of a future with Charlotte.
