AUTHOURS NOTE;

So I know this update is a bit late and I am not quite sure if it fits in with the rest of the story, please leave me a comment telling me what you think!

I will be updating it every Friday/ Saturday, but there will be an update every week :)

I have gone through the other chapters and editing them, taking bits out and adding bits in, I don;'t think it will be necessary to go back an re read the chapters as the story hasn't really altered, but feel free to re read them if you want!!

Again I'm not really sure if this chapter fits in with the rest of the book, but i did go through the rest and try to make it the same, but let me know what you think and I'll make alterations if theya re needed!

Enjoy this chapter my lovelies!! <3

Lexi’s pov.

My mum had just told Alex about me having a soul sister; I was trying to rack my brain about who it could be.

I was hoping it was someone I knew, I didn’t want to have to have a major relationship with someone I don’t know. My friends are the people I like, and I know that none of them are witches, so I am screwed. I was really wishing it could be Alex, I know she isn’t a witch but she is the only person I trust with my life, so why would I want someone else to be a massive part of my life.

I must have zoned out for a while because next thing I know, Alex is glaring at my mum while her whole body was shaking, I could see the anger in her eyes. She was furious; I wish I had been listening to what they were talking about. Alex rarely gets mad, and even when she does she normally just walks away and doesn’t talk to you until she has calmed down, like I experienced last week.

That should be only happening if...

My thoughts were broken because Alex shot a fire ball at my mum. My mum was just standing there smiling, I wanted to run at her, scream at her to move, but I couldn’t. I was frozen in my seat; all I could do was watch the events play out in front of me.

However, I did scream, I screamed my heart out.

The ball of fire hit my mum, but she just stood there. The fire didn’t affect her in any way.

Loads of emotion flowed through my body.

Anger at Alex; she threw a fire ball at my mum.

Amazement at Alex; she threw a fire ball at my mum.

Shock at Alex; she threw a fire ball at my mum.

Happiness at my mum; she survived the fire ball being thrown at her.

All of my emotions revolved around Alex throwing the fire ball at my mum, but it was such a shock. Only witches should be able to do that, so does that make Alex a witch?

I was too wrapped up in my thoughts to take in my surroundings.

I shook my head and looked around the room; my mum was sat on the sofa with her eyes closed. She didn’t look hurt, just a bit tired; which is good I suppose.

I looked over where Alex was just sat and gasped.

For the second time in two weeks my best friend was lying on the floor, she must have blacked out again. I ran over to her and placed her head in my lap, stroking her hair out of her eyes.

I could either wait for her to wake up, if she was going to wake up. Or I could use my powers on her to wake her up. I know using my powers was a wild one, as I didn’t really know how to use them, but I had to help her in any way I could.
